Preis Leistung ok. Pool toll, Atmosphäre eher schlecht

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Balkon und der Pool (mit Bademeister!) hat eine schöne Größe und ist wunderbar im Grünen gelegen. Das Personal, das man angetroffen hat war sehr freundlichen und bemüht.

Cons:

Laut booking.com ist das Frühstück auergewöhlich gut. Es gab in diesem Hotel allerdings kein Frühstück! Die Rezeption war quasi nie besetzt, auf Mails wurde nicht reagiert. Der Aufenthaltsraum war leer, die kleine Bar dort ebenfalls, genauso wie die Kühltruhe mit Eis. Das Appartement ist spärlichst ausgestattet, an den Wänden und Türen blättert der Putz ab. Die Küche ist ebenfalls nur spärlich ausgestattet. Wirkliches Kochen war dort nicht möglich, für einen Teller Nudeln mit Pesto reicht es.

Großes Apartment fürs Übernachten reicht es. Zum Wohlfühlen auf keinen Fall

Schön gelegene Unterkunft mit Balkon und Blick auf die Berge

Cons:

Die Einrichtung der Unterkunft ist mehr als nur in die Jahre gekommen. Vieles ist kaputt! Kaffeemaschine in der Küche, Föhn im Bad. Auf Nachfrage wurde nichts unternommen.
Auf Anfrage für neue Handtücher wurde prompt reagiert und dies in Rechnung gestellt.
Etwas enttäuschend.

Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig!

Die Lage ist toll, leider kann sie nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass die Residenz Monica eine Katstrophe ist

Cons:

Jeden Abend laute Partys am Pool bis lange nach Mitternacht, kein Benehmen der Gäste, Schreien und Fussballspielen in den Gängen weit nach Mitternacht. Keine Rezeption. Kontakt nur per whatsapp. Beschwerden nur per whatsapp, die aber nicht an die feiernden Gäste weitergegen wurden

Der Pool wurde allerdings erst am anreisetag gefüllt

Keine Ansprache
Kein Schloss für das WC Betten waren zu kurz und nich zum schlafen sondern um Kreuzschmerzen zu bekommen

Great that there was parking.

Very Basic. The showers have mold. Nothing in the rooms - not even hand soap. The pool was empty when we arrived, only filled when we left but wasnt made aware that it would be empty during ourstay.

Das hotel war vom See nicht weit enfernt. Fußläufig waren wir in ca 15min da. Personal war kaum vor Ort, haben sich trotzdem über whats app über unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Wäsche kann unten im Raum auch gewaschen werden. Die Wohnung war gut aufgeteilt. Wir hatten das Glück eine riesige Terrasse zu haben, die uns am meisten gefallen hat.

Cons:

Es gab sehr wenig küchenmaterial, wie grosse Messer zum kleinhacken von Lebensmittel oder einen Schneidebrett. Auch die üblichen Gewürze oder olivenöl haben gefehlt. Die muss man dann extra kaufen, falls man selber kochen möchte. Das hotel etwas veraltet wirkt, hat uns nichts ausgemacht und fanden den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr angenehm. Wir würden wieder kommen.
