Pros:

Della struttura niente, la posizione è ottima

Cons:

La stanza tripla molto piccola, il materasso vecchio e scomodissimo, colazione molto scarsa e poco attenti ai dettagli per essere un 4 stelle.In camera ogni giorno dovevo chiedere bagno schiuma,sapone o cambio lenzuola . Non mi è piaciuto.

Impression mitigée malgré un séjour somme toute sympathique et bon enfant
Pros:

La proximité immédiate de la mer et de la plage privée.
Le restaurant, le sourire et l'amabilité du personnel.
Le nettoyage quotidien parfait.
La grande piscine.
Les vastes terrasses avec vue splendide sur l'horizon marin.

Cons:

C'est malheureusement en dessous de ce que l'on attend d'un hôtel 4☆.
L'ensemble, le mobilier, la décoration et les équipements sont un peu démodés, vétustes ou mal entretenus.
Les fenêtres ferment mal, les stores sont fragiles, l'insonorisation laisse à désirer.....
Le toit du restaurant est à revoir complètement.
Le revêtement vert est très abîmé. Ce qui est pénible à regarder du haut de son balcon.
Les rebords de la piscine sont sales.
Le restaurant fait des efforts, mais cela manque souvent de goût, tout comme les vins.
Les animations ne sont que pour les enfants....
Rien pour les adultes!
Les transats de la plage privée (payante même pour les résidents de l'hôtel !) semblent dater des années 70 (aluminium, plastique) pas de matelas, pas de beaux matériaux....
Un peu de luxe, de raffinement et de modernité seraient les bienvenus dans cet hôtel qui a beaucoup de potentiel et un emplacement exceptionnel.

Insgesamt ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Auswahl Frühstücks-Buffet angenehm umfangreich.
Abendessen gute Qualität.

Cons:

(Lange) Schließzeit des Pools über Mittag.
Getränke sollten möglichst nicht aufs Zimmer geschrieben werden, sondern per Bezahlkarte die möglichst bar befüllt werden sollte.
Beim Frühstücks-Buffet war das Serviceteam/Küche manchmal überfordert beim Auffüllen.

La vera vacanza !

La pulizia , il personale che nonostante la giovanissima età si è sempre dimostrato professionale e cortese , la posizione perfetta , la disponibilità continua e persistente .

Cons:

Nel complesso facciamo difficoltà a trovare difetti , l unica cosa migliorabile la distanza tra gli ombrelloni nello stabilimento , troppo vicini tra loro , ma una pecca che passa quasi inosservata

Ottimo soggiorno manca davvero poco alla perfezione

Praticamente tutto staff preparato e gentile salvo qualche componente , hotel davvero bello animazione non invadente e giusta

Qualche cameriera distratta e un po impreparata purtroppo strideva davvero tanto con il resto dello staff che è stato eccellente , consigliamo una zona dondoli in giardino , e la.spiaggia bella , adeguata , unica cosa un po piu attenzione alla pulizia e all ordine della spiaggia vera e propria

Pros:

Struttura ottima, abbiamo passato 10 giorni reduci da una pessima esperienza in un hotel a Cervia e quindi eravamo molto prevenuti e scoraggiati, ma dall'accoglienza alla reception a tutto il resto ci ha permesso di trascorrere un periodo molto positivo a Milano Marittima. Comincio dai proprietari molto presenti e disponibili per risolvere tutte le problematiche dei clienti, ma fiore all'occhiello dell'hotel è stato il ristorante con un Maitre giovane ma molto attento alla condizione della sala e dei suoi giovani camerieri anche loro perfetti come servizio e come portamento; lo Chef ci ha deliziati con piatti vari tutti ottimi senza nessun difetto o pecca e presentati molto bene!! SQUADRA CHE VINCE NON SI CAMBIA!!
Quindi per noi il lungo soggiorno di 10 giorni è volato via piacevolmente
e mi sento di consigliare la struttura a tutti....ci torneremo senz'altro il prossimo anno.

Cons:

Nulla in particolare anche se i proprietari, sono sicuro, porteranno senz'altro alcune migliorie alle camere e alla struttura.

Das Personal war von Anfang an einfach herzlich, sympathisch, immer freundlich und sehr lösungsorientiert. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Lage direkt am Meer.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber sauber und in Ordnung. Die Bar wirkt veraltet und könnte wärmer und angenehmer gestaltet werden, um noch mehr zum Verweilen einzuladen.
