Un concediu reusit
Pros:

Amabilitatea personalului,mancarea buna si proaspata mereu,bauturile au fost ok(cafea,sucuri).Programul pentru animatie,foarte distractiv si placut atat copiilor cat si adultilor.Totul a fost foarte bine.Complimente conducerii si personalului,sunteti o echipa minunata,niste oameni carora le pasa de bunastarea turistilor.Va multumim,sper sa ne revedem cat mai curand!

Nice hotel
Pros:

Hotel located in a nice surrounding, pretty quiet and close to the beach, 5 mins walk.
Cleaning was done every day in room and cleaning lady was very friendly.
Food was good, good variety for adults and children also.
Many sunbeds in front of hotel, so we could always find a place.
Overall a good stay.

Cons:

Staff not really professional for a 4* hotel (only few of them were friendly and polite. Reception staff very unprepared..)
Booked sea view room, we got a room on 1st flloor with partial pool view and zero sea view (asked at reception if room has sea view and they mentioned it has, on day 4 after we reported to booking they offered to change the room but we decided not to move as we were 2 ad+ 2 ch.. would take some time to pack and unpack.. ). The room was just fine! but it should not be charged for sea view as it does not have! maybe should be sold as pool view, that would fit the reality.

Tökéletes családi nyaralásra :)
Pros:

Mindennel nagyon elégedettek voltunk. Az ételek változatosak, mindenki megtalálja a fogára valót. A szobákat minden nap takarították és mindig kaptunk friss törölközőt is. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. A szoba tágas.

Pros:

Локацията е добра, храната също, басейните са чисти. Определено бихме повторили, заради забавленията в аквапарка на хотела. Хотела е и в близост до плажа.

Cons:

Определено хотелската част има нужда от освежаване и подмяна на мебелите. Диваните, които се разпъват за децата не са удобни, ако има по - голямо дете няма да му е комфортно. Персонала не е на нужното ниво. Паркинга се доплаща допълнително 13€ на ден.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super - nah am Strand, gute Unterhaltung in der Umgebung und nachts sehr ruhig. Das Essen ist top, die alkoholische Getränke sind schlecht. Guten Wein bekommt man im Shop zum vernünftigen Preis und kann mit zum Essen mit ins Lokal mitnehmen. Die bezahlten Cocktails sind in Ordnung und zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Insgesamt super Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die all inklusive alkoholische Getränke sind außer Bier nicht zu empfehlen.

The food was good, even if not very diverse, but there were still enough options to choose from

Cons:

Our experience had a few less pleasant aspects right from arrival. Although parking is charged (13 EUR/day), there were no available spaces, and the situation was only resolved after we insisted.

At check-in, we were given only one key, and for a second one we were asked to pay a 45 EUR deposit, which seemed unusual for a 4-star hotel.

There were no bathrobes in the room upon arrival; they were brought to us only the next day after we requested them. In addition, the pool water temperature was quite low (approx. 21–22°C), which made it difficult to use. We were told that the hotel is not a spa hotel, even though this facility is mentioned in its presentation.

Access to the beach is not very easy, as you have to cross big mountains of sand, and the hotel does not have its own private beach.

Regarding the drinks, although the selection is presented as varied, the quality did not meet expectations, and the actually enjoyable options were quite limited.



Conclusion:
Overall, for a 4-star hotel with a high rating, the experience did not fully meet expectations.

Большие номера. Отличный завтрак и вся еда, разнообразная, отличный выбор и блюд и напитков.
Близкое расположение к морю.
Уютно отдыхать возле бассейна.

Pros:

Ízletes, finom és nagy választékú ételek mindig! Reggel, délben, este bőségesen tudtunk enni. Az étteremben dolgozók nagyon kedvesek. A szoba tágas volt. Üdítő, kávé, koktélok egész nap fogyasztható. A zene szól a medencénél és nagyon kényelmesek a napozóágyak.

Cons:

A takarítónők viselkedése és munkája kritikán aluli! Mogorvák, korán reggel ordítva beszélnek az ajtók előtt, bekopognak amíg alszol, nem takarítanak semmit. Az ágyat összehányták, gyerek ágyát meg sem csinálták. Az egyik kanapéágyon aludni nem lehetett, annyira szét volt esve. Utolsó napokban már nem is kértünk inkabb "takarítást". A medence vize hideg. Az alkoholos italok nagyon vizezett. Az étteremben a teraszon evés közben mindenki melletted cigizhet és ez nagyon zavaró. A tengerhez egy nagy homokdombon keresztül lehetett eljutni, kb 6 perc séta, kissé körülményes. A tengerre néző kilátású szobából a 2. emeletről sajnos emiatt a homokdomb miatt nem is nagyon látszott a tenger. Kár volt érte felárat fizetni.
