The hotel needs some renovation, but attitude towards guests is so good, that made me forget it.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel, sauberes und bequemes Zimmer, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, gutes Frühstück.
Aber das Beste war die Dame an der rund um die Uhr besetzten Rezeption (Viktoria), die in ausgezeichnetem Englisch jede gewünschte Hilfestellung bot. Freundlich, humorvoll und sehr hilfsbereit.
Morgens hat sie mir extra die Sauna eingeschaltet. Der ganze Spa-Bereich ist sauber, und gut ausgestattet.
Ein guter Einstieg in den Tag.
Außerdem war die Checkout Zeit 12 Uhr mittags, was auch nicht überall üblich ist.

Ruhige Lage direkt neben dem Park. Problemloses Parken zwischen Hotel und Park (keine blaue Zone).

Cons:

Einziges Manko war eine größere Gruppe von Kindern, die freundlich waren (wie bulgarische Kinder eben sind) aber auch laut.

Dobra lokacija, cisto, lepo dvoriste

Cons:

Cena je visoka za stanje u kom se hotel nalazi, osoblje jako slabo govori engleski, dorucak prosecan hotelski samo u subotu je bio svedski sto, zbog malo gostiju vecera je A La carte sa tri vrse jela, neukusno i preslano, skoro ne jestivo! Bazen je mali, i prilicno u losem stanju (pootpadale plocice na dnu bazena i ostre ivice)
