Struttura caratteristica non adatta a persone con limitata mobilità
Pros:

Posizione splendida a pochi metri dal centro cittadino. Servizio dell’hotel tra albergo e garage.

Cons:

Colazione spartana. Non esiste aria condizionata ma è presente un grosso ventilatore.

Nettes zentrales Hotel.
Pros:

Lage mitten im Zentum. Gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer individuell und zur Stadt passend eingerichtet.

Authentieke uitstraling van het hotel

Cons:

Luidruchtige gasten en roken op het terras, precies onder onze kamer (erg smerig), ook het personeel. Bij het melden werd dit afgedaan alsof ze er niets aan konden doen. Kleine kamer zonder kluisje of koelkast. Wel een ventilator, maar geen airconditioning; het was erg warm en met rokende mensen zetten we het raam 's avonds niet open. Standaard ontbijt en amper vers fruit.

Goed, maar te duur voor basic hotel.
Pros:

Goede ligging midden in het oude centrum, met prima ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Ook prima schoon.

Cons:

Hotel is wat verouderd en krap. Ziet er luxer uit dan in werkelijkheid. Biertuin was bunnenhofje. We zouden 4 losse bedden krijgen, maar dat was niet zo.

Good location, but poor breakfast and no AC.

The location is central, in the old town. The hotel has the old rustic vibe.

Cons:

Very poor breakfast, i can easily say that its 2 out of 10. Im not a picky eater but the breakfast was literally non existing. One plate of salami, few pieces of bread and small pan with eggs and bacon.
Even thou i had a garage reserved, they declined to give me a parking space and asked me to park on the street. After refusing and asking my reserved garage parking space, one of the staff members spoke in german with the older colleague who was serving me and i finally got a parking space. I spent 30 mins during the checkin, because of that. Strangely, but the garage was empty … you need to improve that as well.
And no AC, during summer, made the sleeping almost impossible.

Tolle Lage im Zentrum, saubere Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstück machen das Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentrumsnah und eignet sich gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt aber gepflegt und alles war sauber.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist das ordentliche Frühstück. Weniger überzeugend war, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt – lediglich ein Ventilator stand zur Verfügung, was an warmen Tagen nicht ideal ist. Insgesamt ist das Hotel für eine
Übernachtung durchaus empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Für Reisende mit einem größeren Fahrzeug ist der Parkplatz leider nicht verfügbar ( grundsätzlich Reservierung notwendig). Außerhalb der Stadtmauer konnten wir jedoch problemlos einen Stellplatz für unseren Van finden.
Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich derzeit eine Baustelle. Darauf wurde im Buchungsprozess nicht hingewiesen. Meiner Meinung nach sollte ein solcher Umstand vor der Buchung transparent kommuniziert werden.
An der Rezeption wäre etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber den Gästen wünschenswert. Interne Diskussionen des Personals sollten nicht im Beisein der Gäste geführt werden.

Calor insoportable.

El hotel está muy bien situado.

Cons:

Estuvimos el 3 y 4 de agosto. Nos dieron una habitación en la 3ª planta, pero el ascensor te deja en la 2ª, no apto para personas con movilidad reducida. Por la noche, el calor era insoportable. Tenías que escoger entre un ventilador muy ruidoso o sudar sin parar. Aun abriendo las ventanas, resultaba imposible generar algo de corriente con la puerta abierta y eso que la segunda noche llovió y refrescó, pero aquello era una sauna. NO es un hotel de 4 estrellas a pesar de que así esté catalogado. Si os dan una de las habitaciones de la 3ª planta, pedid que os la cambien!
