Perfect place just need more cleaning
Pros:

Loved hotel location and facilities kids loved it!

Cons:

Only down fall is the ants! Was so many ants in our room. Days the room was cleaned it was better but with kids you are going to have crumbs and bits on the floor. We only had room cleaned 2 where should act been more considering amount ants and when place is full kids. I would love to stay again but I would definitely need to request more cleaning. Only ants but give us the ick lol

bonne ambiance dans l'hôtel, bien agencé, bien équipé : bar, piscine, restaurant, snack, jeux enfants, accueil très sympa et personnel accueillant

Cons:

aucun respect des heures de nuit, lors des arrivages et départs, les gens parlent et font du bruit comme s'il était 12h.
la cuisine de la chambre n'est pas assez équipée pour cuisiner normalement

Falta organización y amabilidad en restaurante. Mejorar la comida

El personal de la recepción fue muy amable y resolvió nuestras dudas

Cons:

Necesita una buena reforma porque el hotel tiene mucho potencial. Excepto una o dos personas, el resto del personal del restaurante parecía actuar de forma muy mecánica, sin apenas atención al cliente. Se limitaban a montar y remontar las mesas, con poca amabilidad o disposición para ayudar.
El ambiente resultaba algo caótico: muchos clientes se movían sin cuidado, como si fuera su última comida, y había que ir esquivándolos para no tropezar.
La comida, sin duda, fue lo peor del hotel. Muy por debajo del resto de servicios.

Este hotel se ha quedado muy antiguo.
La habitacion se veía muy descuidada, antigua, sucia... El olor de la habitación era horrible. De primeras al entrar olía muchísimo a humedad, durante la estancia el olor fue a peor ya que olía a tuberías, horrible.
La comida siempre lo mismo y de pésima calidad.
Es verdad que justo estuvimos el último fin de semana antes d cerrar el hotel.. pero la experiencia no fue buena.
Definitivamente no volveremos lo siento.

Zimmerreinigung war nicht optimal ansonsten ein gutes Hotel für Familienurlaub.
Kurzer Weg zur Bucht vor dem Hotel
Schönes Städchen / Örtchen
Nervig das das Hotelpersonal die Mitbewohner aus England nicht mal ein bisschen zurecht gewiesen hat.
Essen einfallslos gefühlt gab es 10 Tage nur Burger Sushi und Fisch abends
Die Duschen auf den Zimmern so wie die Wasserhähne an den Waschbecken müßen unbedingt getauscht werden (Katastrophe)

Preis Leistung entsprechend ist das Hotel ok. Der Aufenthalt war für die Kinder schön.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage. Das essen war sehr gut und die Auswahl ist vielfältig . Das Personal ist auch sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich vor allem im Restaurant
