Pros:

Very attentive and helpful staff.
Excellent location for the centre of the town.
Great views of the sea and of Mount Etna.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, but coffee not great - would expect proper barrista coffee in an Italian hotel of this standard. No buffet. At bust times have to wait to be served. Also quite expensive for what you get.

Perfect stay on a perfect location with the perfect staff!
Pros:

Loved this hotel and the staff. So accommodating and location is perfect for Taormina. We enjoyed so much immediately booked a second night.

-El personal de 10 , atentos y muy serviciales.
-Cuenta con aparcacoches ,nos ha tratado fenomenal .
-Nos han recibido con una copa de Vino .
-La limpieza de nuestra suite jardín era excepcional y muy confortable
- con todo detalle , teníamos 2 paraguas en la habitación con logo del hotel , lo hemos necesitado.
-La ubicación no podía ser mejor en pleno centro .
-Las vistas maravillosas.
- MUY RECOMENDABLE, volveremos.

Our stay was very enjoyable
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The service & staff were excellent. Our room was very comfortable. Hotel is in excellent location to restaurants & accessing the sites in Taormina.

Cons:

When I booked thru Bookings.com I understood breakfast was included in my payment. When checking in I was told by staff we needed to pay extra for breakfast

Beautiful hotel in Taormina with excellent staff
Pros:

Excellent location, beautiful terrace and rooftop, stunning sea view from our small balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and very skilled at parking our hire car in the garage!
