Bett etwas schon weich und gelegen. Kleine Kissen. Badewanne im Bad ...mühsam für Leute mit Huftprobleme.

Great location for overnight stay.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Room was adequate, not big but not small either, great mountain view. Overall it was above average for an overnight stay, as our main target destination was Zermatt - so being just across the train station was very helpful.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable at all. The mattresses were not supportive and pillows were very soft, so we all had uncomfortable sleep. The hotel needs to upgrade their bedding, for the price they charge per night.
