Cons:

gammel hote. Aftens mad meget ringe i forhold til prisen. Bourbon o Santos er ikke som de andre Bourbon jeg har været for.
Det er en elevator fra gaden niveau, men elevatoren er ikke tilgængelig. Men skal trække dine bagage på trapperne til receptionen

Excelente hotel en el Gonzaga
Pros:

Estuvimos alojados 6 días. El hotel está en el Gonzaga, encima del shopping Miramar y muy cerca de la playa. La habitación es amplia, con colchones muy cómodos y ducha muy buena. Tanto la habitación como el baño estaban muy limpios. Las instalaciones del hotel y el desayuno son excelentes.
El personal de recepción es muy amable y competente.

Cons:

Como negativo el trabajo de las camareras de habitación. Tuvimos que pedir jabón, toalla de rostro, cartel de no molestar y una tarjeta de habitación que se llevaron. La sábana de una de las camas no correspondia con el tamaño de la cama (era corta). Un día no hicieron la habitación. Uno de los días dejaron mojada la mesada del baño.
El hotel celebró una fiesta privada el sábado y tuvimos ruido hasta altas horas de la noche.

Pleasant, convenient stay. Allow plenty of time for accessing check out via the elevator.
Pros:

Delightful, helpful staff. Great location.

Cons:

The elevator capacity is limited. It was challenging to check out as the hotel was full due to three cruise departures. The food served from the bain-marie was only warm.
