Hotel was clean and new!
Location was not the best. A bit over priced for Lebanon, PA

The size of the facility was just right. Not too big. .Location was perfect....in a suburb setting, with a major grocery and delicious A and J pizzeria,
that served delicious food.. Dairy Queen was close by, which my grandkids enjoy.

The hotel was very easy to access from where we were going. From the moment we stepped in the doors, we could smell the cleanliness which we appreciated. The staff were very friendly. Will book again.

The food was good.
The room continued to get warm.
When you walk in, it looks very clean. They have ready-to-go bags of breakfast just in case you can’t sit down and eat—you can grab and go, which I thought was pretty cool. They have coffee available at all times. The room was nice and big, with no carpeting—definitely a plus for me, since I hate carpeted hotel rooms. The bathroom had large shampoo, conditioner, and toiletries, and the towels looked clean and bright white. It’s pet-friendly, and there are basic stores like Walmart just a quick 2-minute drive away. There’s also a little mall (Bosco’s) nearby. The hotel has a gym and a pool you can use until 10 PM or later if you’re not rowdy. The staff were all very nice, polite, and eager to help. The only thing is, parking was included in the price, but it’s not anywhere near the beach—so it was good for a few days when we were visiting family, but not ideal for a beach trip.”
“One thing I didn’t like about the hotel was that one of the two beds in my room was itchy. I didn’t investigate further as to why, but it was uncomfortable. Also, while I had a window, the view was completely blocked by their sign, so I didn’t get a proper view from my room.”

Price was like double of the normal price, towels needs to be a better quality, and you are cleaning the room changing towels why not fix the bed?
Breakfast was good and the staff is wonderful. Everything seems to be very clean.
Didn’t like the sliding door for the bathrooms. They left gaps that others could see through. If someone opened the room to the door you could see someone using the toilet through the gap from the hallway. The pool was very cold.
1) Room was clean and had plenty of towels.
2) The coffee machine (which I never use) was tucked into a low shelf out of my way, instead of blocking needed surface areas - well done!
3) Breakfast was nearly excellent and just needed ananas to be the best!
1) The room needs more than a single nightstand between the two beds. Very awkward for a couple that needs two CPAP machines. We had to use 2 beds, not one as we would normally. So your staff had TWO beds to change, not just one.
2) A second chair is needed in the room.
3) Some bananas at breakfast would have made a good breakfast a great one.
Beds were comfortable and food was good. Overall, the hotel was clean and AC was quiet.
We told them the bathroom sink drain and tub drain was clogged. They fixed the sink drain. The bath drain did not see much of an improvement even after telling manager twice. The shower head cold not be moved. It was seized in one position. They did not fix it after telling front desk twice. We did not get any housekeeping even after seeing the maid in the hallway in the adjacent room. Very disappointed in not get service for the two days in a row. Not sure if we would stay there again.
