Die Lage war excellent, Univiertel und Bundesverwaltungsgericht um die Ecke. Schöne Fensterfront.

Cons:

Die etwas spartanisch nüchterne Ausstattung wirkt ein bisschen veraltet. Weiße Wände und schwarze Möbel waren vor 20Jahren chic, heute nicht mehr.

The presence of service staff is for a business traveler not sufficient and so also the splitting of the bill did not work very well, which is a reason I would at least think twice to use it for a business travel again ...

Die Kommunikation war schwierig. Offenbar ist es ein automatisierter Prozess. Jedenfalls ist es unangenehm, wenn man auf mail-Anfragen keine Antwort erhält (finde ich).

Die Lage ist top . Komfort und Ausstattung waren ebenfalls sehr gut .

Cons:

100 m zum Frühstück laufen und auch das Frühstücksangebot ist nicht dem Preis entsprechend . Da haben wir mehr erwartet . Extra Parkgebühren , obwohl sich der Parkplatz im Gelände befindet .

Wir waren gut aufgehoben
Pros:

Die Villa und das Zimmer war sehr hell und modern, toller Ausblick auf Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auf Anhieb erstmal sauber. Matratzen sehr bequem. Seife duftet sehr gut. Frühstück war sehr lecker im Gästehaus.

Cons:

Toilette und Dusche hätte sauberer sein können. Zentrale Lage, aber auch Straßenlärm in der Nacht. Duftflacon war leer. Check-Out war unklar. Beim Frühstück hätte leise Musik im Hintergrund laufen können. Parkplatz zu teuer.

Super Lage. Leicht zu erreichen. Gut zugänglich.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war hinsichtlich der Raumaufteilung aus unserer Sicht optimal ausgestaltet insbesondere die Sauberkeit hat uns gut gefallen.
