Muss nicht nochmal sein.
Pros:

Lage ist spannend..

Cons:

Wirkt auf den ersten Blick sehr chic, aber nicht durchdacht (beim Duschen steht das Wasser im ganzen Bad, der Wasserhahn ist zu dicht am Beckenrand; Einrichtung mehr neureich als geschmackvoll.

Perfekt und außergewöhnlich!
Pros:

Die Voss Villa überzeugt mit einem außergewöhnlichen, modernen Ambiente und ist auch für längere Aufenthalte sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist ideal, und dank der guten Parkmöglichkeiten entfällt der Stress bei der Parkplatzsuche.

Den Hype kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen, der Aufenthalt war trotzdem angenehm.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentrumsnah und man ist zu Fuss schnell im Stadtzentrum. Auch mit dem Auto ist sie gut erreichbar. Wenn man von der Wundtstrasse kommt, biegt man in die Karl-Tauchnitz-Strasse ein, fährt Richtung Amerikanische Botschaft und dann gleich wieder rechts in die Einfahrt des Hauses, sofern man einen Parkplatz reserviert hat.
Das Zimmer war sehr gross, modern eingerichtet und für unseren Geschmack sehr grosszügig gestaltet.

Cons:

Obwohl ich im Voraus nachgefragt hatte, ob es eine Lademöglichkeit für ein E-Auto gibt und mir zuerst gesagt wurde, dass dies gegen Aufpreis kein Problem sei, gab es schlussendlich keine Möglichkeit zum Laden. Erst nachdem ich nochmals nachgefragt hatte, erhielt ich kurz vor der Anreise die Information, dass ich ausserhalb der Servicezeiten ankomme und deshalb kein Laden möglich sei. Es wurde lediglich darauf hingewiesen, dass es in der Nähe andere Lademöglichkeiten gibt.

Zudem ist ab Freitag ab 16 Uhr kein Personal mehr an der Rezeption anwesend, sondern nur noch telefonisch erreichbar. Das Einchecken über Codes für Tor, Haustüre und den Safe mit dem Zimmerschlüssel hat zwar gut funktioniert, könnte aber für Gäste, die mit solchen Systemen weniger vertraut sind, schwierig sein.

Da während unseres Aufenthalts kein Personal vor Ort war, kann der Service leider kaum bewertet werden. Die Kontaktaufnahme im Vorfeld war teilweise etwas mühsam, da man im Chat mehrfach erklären musste, worum es geht und der Eindruck entstand, immer wieder mit einer anderen Person zu schreiben. Obwohl meine E-Mail-Adresse bereits in der Reservierung hinterlegt war, musste ich diese nochmals angeben.

Wichtig zu wissen: Das Frühstück wird nicht im selben Gebäude angeboten, sondern im Gästehaus etwa 100 m entfernt. Dies ist zwar in der Beschreibung erwähnt, kann aber dennoch etwas ungewohnt sein.

Das Frühstück in der alten Villa war sensationell. Die Tiefgarage und der Schlüsselsafe hatte etwas von einen amerikanischen Krimi. Mega sauber, tolles Gebäude und sehr gut bewacht !!

Pros:

Sehr großes Zimmer, fürsorglich ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Jedoch fehlte ein Mülleimer im Bad, das Wasser in der Dusche lief aus, bis es eine kleine Überflutung gab. Im Bad gab es außerdem Silberfische. Zum Frühstück muss man ins Nachbarhotel gehen. Es gibt keine durchgehend geöffnete Rezeption. Das Geschirr beim Frühstück war nicht richtig sauber. Für das bezahlte Geld habe ich mehr Aufmerksamkeit erwartet.

Die Lage war excellent, Univiertel und Bundesverwaltungsgericht um die Ecke. Schöne Fensterfront.

Cons:

Die etwas spartanisch nüchterne Ausstattung wirkt ein bisschen veraltet. Weiße Wände und schwarze Möbel waren vor 20Jahren chic, heute nicht mehr.
