Pros:

It was cute and perfect for what I was there for, having the smaller queen room available was nice since I was a solo traveler however if there was anyone else with me it would of been a tight fit. The staff was nice and attentive

Cons:

Room service is by request only and you have to do it before a certain time. Valet parking is also extremely expensive when there is parking available nearby.

The bathroom in my room had paint chipping in the shower.

Short but enjoyable two-night visit.

Near to many restaurants, bars and cafes.
Train station directly across the street.
Valet was reasonable @ $28 per night.

Cons:

Rooms were awfully small and poorly laid out in terms of inefficient use of small space. Shower stall with flimsy curtain did not shield sink are from water. Tri-cornered sink was so small with no space to put toiletries, except in a shelf above the toilet which was in the opposite end of the sink. Place where you hang your used towels covered the light switch, which show poor planning.

Loved it and will return when in the area.
Pros:

New, clean and stylish. Great value. Has a huge gym in lower level. Directly across from red line MBTA entrance and tons of restaurants and shops. Very convenient.
Staff was efficient and friendly.

Cons:

Mattress a bit soft/old.
