Great pool and gardens, which were well maintained.

Easy to get to by taxi - About 15 mins from airport. About 10 mins into the centre of the old town.
Beautiful heritage hotel.
Service around the pool was very slow. Almost impossible to order drinks and difficult to find staff.
The little cafe (which was beautiful) also suffered from slow service at times.
Food and drinks were a bit expensive. Certainly more like European prices.

This being a heritage property, the atmosphere is beautiful. There are many courtyards between the rooms, with lots of greenery even in the summer time. Food is great and the choice of restaurants is unbelievable.
Service is excellent with courteous and smiling staff all around. Thanks to Gyan Singh, Suraj Singh and Rohit Sharma, even the breakfast experience was wonderful.
The room was lovely, and very large. The building construction was such that I could not hear my neighbors in the room next door. Definitely a huge plus!

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at Narain Niwas Palace. The property is absolutely beautiful and has a very charming atmosphere. The café was excellent, and the food was a highlight of the stay — especially the poha and pyaaz kachori, which were amazing.
A special thanks to Suraj Singh for his warm hospitality and helpful service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Jaipur.

The hotel experience was truly amazing! The hotel and its decor are very well kept and well taken care of. All rooms and beautiful common areas were always clean. During the stay the staff were exceptional, extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious and Suraj Singh, Gyan Singh, and Rohit Sharma made our meals very pleasant. We felt taken care of and no request was ever a problem. We truly recommend this hotel. Such a peaceful, quiet oasis in the middle of a busy city!
Amazing service, delicious food ! :)
It get quite confusing picking amongst all thr hotels names as palaces but we really loved this. Nestles at the heart of the city. It was an easy fldrive to many attractions. The entire team including Vishambhar singh and Gyan singh were attentive and welcoming. The restaurant Shikaar Bar was excellent too ( special thanks to our server Jitender). Will be def coming back. Oh there are peacocks and bamboos and cats.

The location was a bit off the beaten path—but that doesn’t matter if you’re in a taxi. Set in garden-like grounds. Highly recommended.
