I am staying at a 5* in Mainz for close to the same price, breakfast INCLUDED.
Pros:

Nothing stands out.

Cons:

Poor location unless you are driving. Foot bridge from station under renovation. Big detour if on foot. Not central. Basic.

Cons:

Die Lage im Industriegebiet war nicht schön. Es war zwar ruhig, aber sehr abgelegen. Es gab keinen Aufzug und die Zimmer waren so eng, dass man sich überall angestoßen hat. In den Ecken sollte besser gereinigt werden, da überall Spinnweben zu finden waren. Obwohl wir um 15 Uhr eingetroffen sind war der Empfang nicht besetzt und das einchecken über das Portal war sehr umständlich.

Budget hotel, don’t expect good customer service.

Walking distance from the center. Bedroom had air conditioning

The bathroom was stinking - with a strong stank of sewage. The staff from the morning shift was very rude.

Pros:

Quando si sceglie una catena come B&B Hotel (ed a me capita spesso) si sa già in partenza cosa aspettarsi. Quindi non ci saranno sorprese sgradite dal momento che sai già come sarà la tua camera, il bagno e lo standard dei servizi offerti.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo lo reputo assolutamente corretto. Anche a Coblenza questo si è verificato.
Un plus è rappresentato da posti auto presenti in struttura e completamente gratuiti.

Cons:

La posizione che in un primo momento sembrava molto distante dal centro, in realtà usufruendo di due sottopassaggi pedonali sicuri non si è rivelata tale.
