Instalaciones demasiado antiguas, requieren una remodelación. Las cerraduras de las puertas se encontraban en muy mal estado. El precio no es acorde al servicio ofrecido.

La ubicación de los departamentos del 4o piso. Aún que dice que no tiene ascensor, la escalera equivale a más menos 5 pisos. Se debería advertir qué ese piso no era apto para personas con cierta discapacidad física o cardiooatas qué era el caso de 2 de nosotros. Uno incluso reactivó la arritmia. Debimos cambiar de Hotel..

Estadía agradable
Pros:

Esta era la segunda vez que nos alojábamos y puedo destacar como siempre la calidad del desayuno, que fue muy delicioso y variado. También quiero mencionar la atención del personal que fueron muy amables.

El personal muy agradable...la recepcionista un encanto...desayuno bien bueno..

No podía dormir gaste todo mi perfume ...

Agradable con falencias.
Pros:

El concepto en general, edificio antiguo pero bien conservado. Algunos detalles de funcionalidad por sus bajos techos en habitaciones del piso 3.

Cons:

La habitación 10 que ocupamos, tenía vigas a muy baja altura, con la dificultad que entraña para personas más altas.
Falta perchas, muebles para maletas, clóset con mejor accesibilidad y otros. Sin cortinas en algunas ventanas.

La ubicacion y una chica que estaba en recepcion, muy amable y atenta a lo que necesitabmos

Las instalaciones muuuyyyy antiguas, fui hace mas de 20 años y sigue igual, sin mucha mantencion, o modernización en lo que se pueda sin afectar su esencia. En el segundo piso un olor a baño o demasiada humedad, no era agradable. y se nos llovió la habitacion, eso es inaceptable y no dieron ni las disculpas. Muy costoso el valor para lo que es.

Good but also lacking
Pros:

The hotel was of nearly patrimonial architecture. Cozy and charming. The staff was nice and breakfast was decent. The place was clean. The location is great, especially since it's close to the coast and good restaurants. You can also avoid a lot of downtown traffic when coming from Quellón or Dalcahue. Wifi was good as well.

Cons:

Since it was an older architecture, the spaces were small, and the divisions between rooms or even the outside were thin. I don't recommend it if you're a light sleeper. Also, for the price, I would have expected eggs to be offered for breakfast. The tv is also super old, not smart, and you couldn't connect anything to it.

La hospitalidad del Personal. La limpieza de las instalaciones. Comodidad de la cama.

Cons:

No es que no me gustará. Pero la bajada de agua suena demasiado en las noches. Pero se entiende al ser una casa Patrimonial.
