便利な立地で、必要十分な宿泊
Pros:

お台場でのイベントに向かうために、品川から降りて一駅で到着できて、無料の荷物預けロッカーがあり、お台場へ3駅で迎えて、大井町トラックスもオープンし、買い物や食事にも不便しないので、イベント・ライブの遠征に重宝してます。
ホテルの部屋の設備も過剰な部分が削ぎ落とされて、必要十分なシンプルさがあって、使いやすかったです。

Cons:

シンプルさが故に値段とのバランスが気になりますが、3連休、インバウンド需要、物価高騰など考えると以前より価格が上がるのも仕方ないとは思うものの、もう少し手軽に利用したい気持ちもある。。
