We had a wonderful stay at Garden Court Beach Hotel everything was outstanding
Pros:

Had a wonderful 2 night stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the staff,made us feel right at home. Our room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. I highly recommend the complimentary breakfast. We can't wait to return!

Pros:

Everyone is friendly ❤️, the place was neat ,beautiful .everything is just so exceptional.

Cons:

I know it’s not the place to blame,but you must do a thoroughly checking with People who are smoking inside the rooms,we had someone smoking there and it was very awkward ,though we didn’t know where it was coming from which room but it was unbearable…don’t forget to provide enough towels especially if you know that it’s more than one people coming ..otherwise All the Garden court are beautiful 🫡❤️.

I liked the breakfast buffets

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to phone the house keeping services to come clean our room twice. We left in the morning for breakfast, then went to the Mall and when we returned in the afternoon our room was still in a mess and had not been cleaned at all. It took 2 calls for the room to get cleaned. I was not impressed.

Cons:

Early check in request was not granted due to late check outs for the long weekend.
Shower glass unhygienic- bathroom needs an urgent upgrade.

The loud music noise from surrounding businesses kept me awake the entire night! This is mot the first time I’m experiencing such dissatisfaction as my family and I had the same disastrous experience during our last stay at Garden court!

We booked this hotel stay before checking reviews, when we did check it we were very concerned because it wasn't great but I am pleased to say the staff were friendly and welcoming during our entire stay. The hotel and our room was clean, fresh and so comfortable we didn't want to leave! The breakfast was amazing, and again all the staff and chefs were super friendly, we were really spoilt. Even the internet was great, no buffering. Would love to come back next year.

Would be great to include kids channels / cartoons on the TV.
