We had a fantastic stay at Menzeh Zalagh 2 Boutique Hôtel & Sky. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

A special thank you to Hasan at the reception, who was professional, kind, and very attentive throughout our stay. We would also like to recognize the staff in the breakfast restaurant, as well as all the hotel employees, for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, making it easy to explore Fes. Our room was spacious, modern, comfortable, and very clean.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fes. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

Muito agradável!
Pros:

Tivemos um upgrade do quarto, nos ofereceram um upgrade e a suíte era realmente muito ampla e confortável. Staff muito atencioso e gentil, atenderam nossos pedidos e resolveram prontamente um problema no disjuntor de luz do nosso quarto. Excelente estadia!

Franchement, je ne vais évoquer qu’un seul problème, mais il est important : comment un hôtel 4 étoiles peut-il servir un petit-déjeuner aussi médiocre et aussi éloigné des standards attendus pour cette catégorie d’établissement ?

Le choix était extrêmement limité: aucune variété de pains, pratiquement aucun choix de fromages, hormis un fromage rouge découpé en fines lamelles, collées entre elles sur le plateau et difficiles à séparer. Aucun fruit n’était proposé. Les portions de café étaient si petites qu’il fallait effectuer plusieurs allers-retours pour obtenir l’équivalent d’une deuxième tasse. Quant aux yaourts, leur format était tellement réduit qu’il semblait davantage destiné à des enfants qu’à des adultes.

Concernant le msemen marocain, nous avons eu la chance d’en obtenir un seul, et encore, en raison du manque de disponibilité. Il est vraiment regrettable qu’un hôtel mettant autant en valeur l’architecture et la décoration marocaines ne propose ni harcha ni sfenj, alors que ces spécialités sont couramment servies dans la plupart des hôtels marocains à partir de 3 étoiles.

Ces remarques ne doivent pas être considérées comme de simples critiques, mais comme des observations constructives destinées à vous permettre d’améliorer vos prestations dans un domaine essentiel de l’hôtellerie. Le petit-déjeuner constitue en effet l’un des premiers souvenirs que les clients gardent de leur séjour, et les insuffisances constatées à ce niveau sont particulièrement décevantes et difficilement pardonnables pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

Wir hatten ein tolles/grosszügiges Zimmer in der 5. Etage (Upgrade) mit grosser Dachterrasse und einem traumhaften Blick auf die Stadt. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich :)
Mit dem Taxi ist man für 10-15 MAD in der Medina.
Der Pool wird zwar mit dem Nachbarhotel geteilt, aber der Bereich ist grosszügig gestaltet und der Pool auch gross genug, um mal ein paar Runden richtig zu schwimmen.

MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR
Pros:

Le Menzeh Zalagh hotel et Sky est un établissement exceptionnel mêlant tradition et modernité.
Nous avons séjourné dans une suite magnifique avec une terrasse privée d'une propreté remarquable.
L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine très agréable où il fait bon se reposer après une balade dans la médina.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de la médina, et aussi de la nouvelle ville, tous les centres d'intérêts de Fès peuvent se faire à pied ou en petit taxi très facile à trouver
Le petit déjeuner est servi en buffet varié et copieux PARFAIT
Le personnel est très professionnel et d'une gentillesse sincère ( un merci particulier pour Amin de la réception)
Le service de conciergerie est très appréciable, nous avons pu laisser notre valise pour aller passer quelques jours vers d'autres régions du Maroc.
Cet hôtel a toutes les qualités pour être dans les mieux classés de Fés.
Nous remercions le directeur et tout son staff pour avoir fait de notre séjour un moment inoubliable.

Pros:

Excellent séjour, hôtel très propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel était gentil, serviable et toujours à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, varié et très bon. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerai avec plaisir.
