Hotel El Sombrerito won us over with its down‑to‑earth charm. It’s a genuinely authentic hostel tucked away in a little forgotten town, carrying its own unique atmosphere. We spent just one night there, but left really impressed — both with the cozy accommodation and the warm, friendly staff.
