Overall a lovely stay
Pros:

Th staff were welcoming. The location was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. Comfy bed too.

Cons:

There was a green ceiling light in our room and it was very bright and irritating. Made it difficult to fall asleep.

Pros:

The room smelled dirty the window was painted shut the manager could not open it he tried hitting the wood with a rubber mallot to release the seal but could not release as the sash cords were painted over .so thats a fire hazard we were given a fan which only made the room smell worse and added to more hot sircirculating we kep the front door open as much as possible the room was old fashioned the carpey dirt and smelly.

Cons:

My room was above the function room. Needed an early night sleep went to bed at 10pm . The room was bouncing with noise
I complained to the staff they said they couldn’t do anything about it and the music would finish at 12pm so I had to put up with it
Asked for the manager, he wasn’t interested and hasn’t been in touch yet
