Pros:

A estrutura do hotel em si é boa e confortável, e o atendimento e prestatividade da recepcionista é excelente, tendo em vista que ao chegarmos, segundo a mesma, a data de checkin comunicada pela booking estava errada e mesmo assim resolveu a situação em cerca de 1 hora que tivemos que esperar para que ela mesma limpasse o quarto. Atitude e responsabilidade em resolver adversidades que são transtorno, mas acontecem.

Cons:

O acesso a garagem é ruim para carros maiores. A indicação do endereço no maps dá para a avenida da frente (Centenário), que não possui identificação clara, apenas uma pequena placa "recepção" no estacionamento. Você precisa andar a pé para entender a entrada do local na rua aos fundos. Falta de privavidade e inconveniência. As camareiras entram no quarto pela manhã para limpar, sem avisar ou sequer bater na porta.
