The location is IDEAL! About a 3 minute walk from the train station, but down a quiet street, so easy to get to with luggage. No need to drag your luggage over the famous Venice bridges. Easy walk to St. Mark's square and the taxi boats stop right at the train station if you want to avoid the walk.
Also, as a solo traveler, I found the location safe and comfortable.
The breakfast was also very nice. All of the standard breakfast items one sees at a European hotel breakfast. Quality was good and items plentiful.
Staff was helpful as well. I had emailed in advance asking for restaurant recommendations and laundry facilities. The quickly replied both times.
It was hot in Venice in August and the room AC worked great, which is key to surviving those Italian summers.
My only suggestion might be to add a small shelf in the bathroom for a place to put ones toiletries and makeup.
Location was perfect. Near the train station and walking distance to the heart of Venice.

A localização é boa, com fácil acesso a bons restaurantes e aos principais pontos turísticos de Veneza. Quando fomos transferidos para outro hotel da mesma rede, o quarto era maior e melhor, o que foi um ponto positivo diante do problema inicial.
Infelizmente, a experiência foi bastante ruim. Chegamos à noite, durante um período de muito calor no verão europeu, e o ar-condicionado não funcionava. A solução oferecida foi um ventilador de chão, que não era suficiente para refrescar o quarto. Depois, nos transferiram para outro hotel da mesma rede na mesma rua, com um quarto melhor, mas o problema do ar-condicionado continuou.
Além disso, nenhum dos dois hotéis tinha elevador, o que foi bastante inconveniente, especialmente porque estávamos com malas e ninguém nos ajudou a carregá-las pelas escadas.
Camas comodas, silencioso, limpio y personal muy agradable. Se tardan 30 minutos al centro, pero esta a 5 de la estación de tren, si vienes en tren creo que es lo mejor para no cargar las maletas por los puentes.

Situé près de la gare de trains, zone touristique mais pas trop achanlandée, ruelle calme. A quelques minutes de marche de restaurant et boutiques. Excellent petit déjeuner.
