Pros:

Хотела е изключително чист и приятен , СПА зоната е голяма и просторна с много чист и топъл басейн .
Мил и любезен персонал , закуската беше на блок-маса и имаше всичко необходимо дори бебешки пюрета и каши и ядково мляко няколко вида .
Кафето в ресторанта е доста добро.
Бях в командировка , но със сигурност бих посетила и със семейството си - много ми допадна .

Дадохме му шанс да ни зарадва, но се получи както винаги.
Pros:

Шопската салата беше хубава. Стаята има огромен балкон и гледка към гората. Персоналът е мил и внимателен. В банята има вана. Леглото е с меки матраци, но защо са два един до друг? Няма ли легло с цял матрак?! Предполагам, че през лятото хотелът е по-приятен, но трябва да се подобри кухнята определено.

Cons:

Много неща не са както трябва - детайли, но дразнят. Месото на скара е полусурово. На закуска било имало мекици, ама са го разбрали само първите няколко човека. Ние ядохме каквото е останало. Разочарование! Хотелът тече отвсякъде - персоналът слага кофи по пода. Водата в басейна не е много топла, но затова пък е чиста и няма навалица. СПА-то е мъничко, в сауната има една счупена дъска, но важното е, че работи. Вратата на стаята ни не винаги се заключваше, но то и без това няма кой да влезе и да ни открадне, така че не е фатално. Водата в банята не се оттича много добре по пода. Телевизорът не е смарт, но да не прекаляваме с мрънкането.

Doğa ile iç içe olması güzeldi.

Cons:

Öncelikle çok bakımsız. Odada bulunan saçı kurutma makinası, sabunluk çalışmıyordu. Havuz kısmında jakuzi asma kilitle kapatılmıştı. Bir diğeri ise kullanım dışı idi. Kahvaltı vasattı. Yataklar rahat değildi. İnternet şifresiz ve odalarda kullanılamıyordu.

Няма нещо, което да не ни е харесало, чисти, топли и уютни стаи, можете да вземете със вас и вашия домашен любимец. Усмихнат и приветлив персонал, готов да ви помогне във всяка ситуация. Nice staff, but the hotel not so much
Pros:

The staff of the hotel was really nice and even offered us a better room than we initially had. The hotel is big and has a huge variety of facilities.

Cons:

Despite the fact that is a 4 star hotel, the facilities and the rooms are not maintained and renovated. No real investment was made recently. The walls are dirty in places or even black in the corners. The beds are very low, and the mattresses were not comfortable at all. It's very dark in the bathroom because there's no proper lighting.

Pros:

Онношението на персонала, хигиената, вкусната храна, разположението на хотела. Въпреки, че едната вечер бяхме само две семейства, персонала се погрижи нищо да не ни липсва, включително и СПА центъра. Благодарим Ви.

Персоналът е изключително любезен. Басейнът е дълъг и чист. Фитнес с работещи уреди. Има и постелки за йога. . Помещението е чисто. Възглавниците и матракът са удобни. Предоставят се халати. Бързонагряващата кана е на рецепцията.

Гледката в този хотел е уникална ! закуската беше доста богата и разнообразна , кухнята е доста добра като цяло , вечеряхме едната вечер в ресторанта и опитахме родопските специалитети , препоръчвам Ви домашният им пататник и сача за двама .
