Pros:

Struttura rinnovata molto pulita con una spa veramente di alto livello

Cons:

Da una struttura così ci si aspetta delle attenzioni come per esempio l'acqua di benvenuto, la macchinetta del caffè... etc.. tutto invece molto essenziale. Probabilmente con un prezzo così importante ci si aspetta qualcosa di più.

Das Frühstück war super gut. Große Auswahl. Das Personal in diesem Hotel ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Sauna schließt um 19 Uhr pünktlich ein bisschen längere Öffnungszeiten wären toll. Dann kommen wahrscheinlich die Gäste sehr spät zum Abendessen.

Super petit déjeuner. Le spa est top. Le personnel est très sympa.

Cons:

Il y a deux zones de spa, une naturiste et une tout public ouvert aux enfants. Comme il n'y avait pas de contrôle, le port du costume de bains obligatoire dans la zone tout public n'était pas respecté...

Luftlinie 400m zum Lift verschweigt, dass dies auch etwa 50-60 Höhenmeter sind.

Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, aber Personal teils strange, machen auch mal Spässchen auf Kosten der Gäste, will man so gar nicht haben.

Pros:

Facilities like spa, fitness were great. location is perfect for skiing, room was spacious and had everything we needed, food was really good and plenty, our waiter was super nice and funny

Cons:

Fitness room is very hard to find, some of the staff weren't professional, eggs at buffet in addition to fresh made would have been nice (longer waiting time).
