Pleasant, but spoilt by a moody waiter
Pros:

The location is excellent. The hotel is clean, very modern and kept in very good conditions. The 5 course evening meal was a gourmet delight, especially for those without any dietary restrictions. Jasmine, our waitress in the restaurant, was extremely helpful and friendly. Alex and his colleague at the reception were always ever so helpful.

Cons:

When we arrived at the hotel we were told that when we go to the restaurant, we can sit either outside or inside and that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. So, on the 1st evening we went down stairs, with our dog, and sat outside. Nobody came outside, so my husband went inside to find out if its ok to be served for our dinner outside as noted by the receptions. To his surprise, he was met with an annoyed, unpleasant called Alin. His behaviour could be described as arrogant, abrupt with unnecessary sarcasm - "will you also be eating outside when it is raining?". The other members of staff were very kind and friendly.
We paid for the hotel via booking but we had to pay extra for the dog, the drinks (we don't drink alcohol. So, 4 cokes, 1 coffee and 3 sparkling waters over the 4 nights we were there) and city tax. The total bill for extras was 230 euros. So I guess the cost for a dog was between 30- 40 euros per night. Most other hotels it is around 10 euros. Perhaps something to be aware of when booking,

O atendimento é excelente, todos os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. A localização fica em uma cidadezinha charmosa com 1 supermercado e alguns restaurantes próximos, e a 15 minutos de onibus de Ortisei, muito fácil de chegar. O hotel fornece um QR code para pegar transporte público de graça. O café da manhã é ótimo, com muita variedade. A vista e a área da hidromassagem e piscina são incríveis. Muitos canais na TV, limpeza do quarto muito boa, embora o sofá cama fizesse um pouco de barulho. Oferecem roupão, toalhas e chinelos para o spa. O hotel em si é muito bonito, charmoso e bem cuidado. Chuveiro otimo.

Cons:

Não tinha ar condicionado, no verão foi necessário dormir com as janelas abertas. Não havia copo no quarto. Pedimos emprestado 3 copos de plastico e 500 ml de água quente e foi cobrado 38 euros no momento do check out, o que achei um absurdo!!! Por esse valor, teria comprado uma dúzia de copos de plástico. Fiquem atentos com qualquer empréstimo de utensilios de cozinha para não serem cobrados abusivamente no final da hospedagem. Foi o único inconveniente que não gostei e, por ser abusivo, não voltaria.

GREAT CHOICE
Pros:

Overall this hotel is a great choice if you are up for a relaxing vacation in the heart of the Dolomites. The food is simply delicious, staff is super friendly.

das Essen war sehr gut, das Personal im Restaurant sehr freundlich, auch lustig und man konnte mit ihnen spässe machen. das Zimmer sehr sauber. Coole Bar, jedoch konnte die eine Bar-Damen keinen Whiskey Sauer machen.

Cons:

wir 4 Bier in die Mini Bar bestellt online, was cool ist. jedoch sind die vier Bier offen gekommen. wir wollten sie eigentlich in den Kühlschrank legen für einen späteren Zeitpunkt.

Struttura rinnovata molto pulita con una spa veramente di alto livello

Cons:

Da una struttura così ci si aspetta delle attenzioni come per esempio l'acqua di benvenuto, la macchinetta del caffè... etc.. tutto invece molto essenziale. Probabilmente con un prezzo così importante ci si aspetta qualcosa di più.

Das Frühstück war super gut. Große Auswahl. Das Personal in diesem Hotel ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Sauna schließt um 19 Uhr pünktlich ein bisschen längere Öffnungszeiten wären toll. Dann kommen wahrscheinlich die Gäste sehr spät zum Abendessen.

Super petit déjeuner. Le spa est top. Le personnel est très sympa.

Cons:

Il y a deux zones de spa, une naturiste et une tout public ouvert aux enfants. Comme il n'y avait pas de contrôle, le port du costume de bains obligatoire dans la zone tout public n'était pas respecté...
