We liked everything at the hotel, except the loud fan in the bathroom, which turns on automatically with the light...

Cons:

It is not comfortable to carry the suitcases upstairs without an elevator. We were offered to bring them upstairs when we checked in, but not when we checked out.
Parking is too far and expensive, if you have to park your car for a few days. In Rome it's called ZTL zone - hotel is in this zone and you cannot park. So, it's OK to stay there, if you have a really small luggage and not going to do shopping (which is many people like to do in Rome), also if you travel for business or without a car.

Great location, clean, safe and ataff are fabulous
Pros:

Location was great! The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices.
The best part was the staff. They are so lovely and accomodating. I got to Rome very early and they prioritised cleaning my room so I can check in straight away.

Ótimo hotel!! Muito melhor que nas fotos!

Achei ótimo o hotel, quarto com janela grande, ar condicionado e chuveiro excelentes!! tenho que destacar a limpeza impecável! Sem cheio de cigarro! E a generosidade e sorriso no rosto de todos os funcionários!!

Cons:

O meu quarto ficava ao lado do local de café da manhã, então logo pela manhã eu já ouvia muito barulho.

Best place !
Pros:

The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and we are so glad we choose to have it. It really made the day. Couldn't ask for a better location. Walk to Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps. Lots of restaurants on the street and good shopping. Highly recommend
