Overall exceptional place to stay in.
Pros:

I liked the comfort of the bed, the food selection was great, and the automatic heater (aircon) was warm for me. I appreciated it because I get very cold at night.

Cons:

I would request the ability to adjust aircon manually, and the room was small.

Pros:

Conveniently situated.

Cons:

Limited amount of coffee and milk in the room - we could only have one cup each!!! The coffee was also poor quality!
The duvet was uncomfortably heavy - a blanket stored in the cupboard would have been a better option for us.
