Great location and friendly staff - room could be warmer
Pros:

Beautiful views and easy walking access to Montecasino and its restaurants. The room was tranquil safe and secure, and the friendly staff communicated everything clearly.

Cons:

The heating wasn't very effective, even when set above 25°C, so I was a bit cold. An extra blanket already in the room would have been appreciated as I was too tired to call at bedtime. I would also have liked a little more guidance about breakfast, e.g que starts here-request eggs there.
