Excellent location, staff very friendly
Pros:

Very conveniently located if attending a show at Monte.

Cons:

Toilet door didn’t close properly.
The duvet was too hot with no upper sheet.
Breakfast was very good

Location couldn't be better

Cons:

Know when you want to come and expect accordingly. If there are celebrations or events of some sort then you'll know about it and won't be able to do anything because the rooms are not soundproof at all.

Pros:

The close location to the teatro was really nice. Breakfast was also great and the restaurant and restaurant staff were lovely.

Cons:

Although the location was nice, it also had a downside. The huge screen on which sport was broadcasted in the piazza came as a surprise, especially since it was right next to our room. A huge crowd was gathered to watch the sport outside and the screen's volume wasup loud until past 11. I guess that's part of the night life of the piazza, we just didn't expect it and would book a different hotel in the future. The beds were also soft and not comfortable and our toilet door didn't close properly, which wasn't great considering that the room and bathroom are open plan.
