Tutto, dall’accoglienza alle camere datate e per nulla comode… il materasso in molle per essere in matrimoniale diviso in due singoli questi è inaccettabile.. i cuscini completamente scomodi sono andata via per disperazione dal forte mal di testa che mi hanno provocato, il piumone sicuramente non lavato ad ogni partenza è impressionante… lavorando in hotel di lusso vi so dire che per quanto riguarda la pulizia potrei dare 0 come punteggio!!! Per la colazione non ne parliamo proprio che forse è meglio!!!!
Mi hanno fatta pagare il soggiorno per un cagnolino di piccola taglia e per me sinceramente è stato ingiusto… hanno detto che il mio cane poteva provocare allergia e per cui ci doveva essere una pulizia più approfondita!!! Ma loro non sanno che il barboncino ha il pelo anallergico in più non perde pelo!!! Per cui devo aggiungere che sono anche ignoranti!!!!
