No Loyalty program

Cons:

Having stayed here at least 10 times previously, I realised there is no loyalty program and I have to complete the same register every visit.
Also, booking through a third party we don't receive 'Crown Rewards'.
No personal touch or personality.

Beautiful Hotel, friendly staff and great facilities
Pros:

It is a grand hotel, beautifully appointed and well located

Cons:

Could have saved some money and stayed at the promenade - We really didn't need the automated blinds and the prestige of staying at Towers
