Just not impressed at all for when I arrived getting put in the wrong room and then getting attitude and having to wait

Having to wait over an hour to get a replacement shaving kit and being lied to you by the staff about actually knocking on the door and told us we weren’t there… Everyone knows there are doorbells and why wouldn’t you leave? Just a shaving kit at the door if no answer… we were there the whole time and then we got attitude from the staff saying that they would have to check the cameras in other words we were lying . Then we went to order off the menu and were advised that steak sandwiches were no longer available. And to summarise it up when I arrived, they put me in the wrong room.🙃

Very luxurious, clean, extremely quiet all through the night

Cons:

The little standby lights in the room on the desk phone and the Ipad. Petty as, but that's all I have! 😂

Not told that the pool area was not open till arrival and rooftop bar

Not good food served cold at8am second meal ordered and still served cold not good

Luxury Stay with Amazing Views
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with stunning views and a luxurious feel from the moment you walk in. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a fantastic bed and modern amenities. Staff were friendly and professional, and the location made it easy to enjoy everything Crown has to offer. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay

Cons:

The stay was excellent overall. The only minor downside was the price of food and drinks, which was a little expensive, and check-in/ check-out could have been a little quicker. Other than that, I had a great experience
