The room is wow ,nice and clean

Cons:

The room sirvers for food is very bad!! Take a long time and the phone keep on ringing ,order burger and chips for $43 then it is dry and the chips was birn ,spegeti bolinice was dry to sent it all back no try to call no anser

Room was clean but clearly had stains on the lounge and dist on the tv and table area
Pros:

Crown Towers is in a great location with plenty to do.

Cons:

The electrical things didnt work and had to keep getting replaced. TV remote needed replacing. Ipad that controlled the room needed replacing. Replacement stopped working. Couldnt be bothered following up again.

I really loved the view from the room it was absolutely beautiful. The bed was so comfy and super roomy. We had an amazing stay and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

When we arrived, there was another guest's bag in our room. This was quickly sorted out, and the staff were lovely about it. Overall, a great experience.

Amazing stay, amazing hotel, room service food was the best
Pros:

Everything. It was beautifully presented property. We were upgraded from our Deluxe Twin to a larger room and the amount of space was amazing.
