Crystal Club staff and housekeeping were very good,

Cons:

Found other staff throughout the complex quite rude and unprofessional. Casino is grubby, bars are scruffy, staff unprofessional and incompetent at times

Me and my partner went there for a night away to rest and relax. It was an beautiful experience.

Perfect Staycation
Pros:

Absolutely everything, this was our first stay here and very impressed.
Room was magic, bed n pillows very comfortable. Amenities were perfect and refilled daily.
Pool and poolside service top notch.

Cons:

Have zero issues to complain about, we will definitely return!
