Pros:

L'emplacement à quelques minutes du front de mer,, le jardin joliment arboré , le petit déjeuner copieux et de bonne qualité, servi par un personnel dynamique et souriant.

Cons:

L'accueil revêche de la tenancière (amélioration au bout de deux jours), la literie ayant déjà beaucoup donné...pas de télé dans les chambres ni de clim, pas plus que dans la salle de restau. OK en mai, mais à fuir en été !

Insgesamt punktet die Unterkunft vor allem mit ihrer hervorragenden Lage, den schönen öffentlichen Bereichen und dem seh
Pros:

Die Lage der Anlage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Die Bushaltestelle Richtung Palma, Sóller, Valldemossa oder Deià ist in nur zwei bis drei Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch der Hafen bzw. das Meer sind sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Ausflüge auf Mallorca ist die Unterkunft daher ideal gelegen.

Außerdem war es grundsätzlich sehr ruhig. Die einzigen störenden Geräusche kamen teilweise von Hunden aus der Nachbarschaft am Abend oder in der Früh – das lag jedoch nicht an der Anlage selbst.

Besonders schön sind die öffentlichen Bereiche der Unterkunft: Pool, Bar, Speiseraum und Aufenthaltsbereich wirken gepflegt, gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und angenehm. Der Preis für diese Gegend ist wirklich unschlagbar.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist außerdem, dass jeden Tag das Bett gemacht wurde und die Handtücher nach einigen Tagen gewechselt wurden. Auch der Balkon war praktisch ausgestattet – mit Sitzmöbeln und einem Wäscheständer, sodass man den Abend gut draußen ausklingen lassen konnte.

Cons:

Ich hatte einen Einzelbungalow, der leider sehr alt und einfach eingerichtet war. Grundsätzlich wäre das kein Problem gewesen, allerdings war der Geruch im Zimmer wirklich unangenehm und sehr muffig. Lüften war kaum möglich, da sofort viele Mücken hereinkamen und es keine Moskitonetze gab.

Die Bungalows stehen außerdem direkt Wand an Wand. Man hört die Nachbarn leider sehr deutlich – Husten, Lachen oder Schnarchen waren problemlos hörbar.

Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr abgewohnt. Es gab zwar ein Bidet, dieses war jedoch nicht angeschlossen. Die Dusche hatte nur einen alten Duschvorhang, der sich lediglich teilweise öffnen ließ. Insgesamt wirkte der Nassbereich renovierungsbedürftig und es gab auch zu wenig Ablagefläche.

Die Ausstattung war generell eher minimalistisch: kein Föhn, keine flüssige Seife und insgesamt wenig Komfort im Zimmer selbst. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay, aber man sollte bei den Bungalows keine besonders moderne oder hochwertige Ausstattung erwarten.

Pros:

Die Häuser sind in die Jahre gekommen, ebenso wie die Ausstattung, aber tip top sauber. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen, da es wirklich ruhig ist. Dennoch ist man super schnell an der Bushaltestelle, Restaurants und am Strand. Besonders schön ist der Pool, die Getränke sind günstig, das Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend.

Cons:

Die Tür ist auch verschlossen immer einen Spalt auf. Nicht gefallen kann man nicht direkt sagen, aber man muss sich dessen gewahr sein, man ist im Garten und muss mit Ameisen am und im Haus leben und übers Dach polternde Marder.

Struttura nel complesso accettabile, soprattutto per la posizione, che sicuramente è uno dei punti forti e che si paga.
Colazione buona e servizio nel complesso discreto.

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo secondo me non è del tutto soddisfacente. I bungalow avrebbero bisogno di essere sistemati e danno un po’ l’idea di una soluzione molto “alla buona”. Durante il mio soggiorno ho trovato due giorni di pioggia e purtroppo all’interno del bungalow c’era parecchia umidità. Per me non era un problema fondamentale, ma mancava anche la TV.

Pros:

Het is een goede locatie, het personeel is erg aardig. De tuin is mooi met veel groen. Goed zwembad, het ontbijt is prima veel keus.

Cons:

Het is wat gedateerd, jammer dat er geen waterkoker of koffie voorzieningen in het huisje zijn. Geen bankje of lekker stoeltje

Cons:

Breakfast had some strange choices ie peas and carrots with scrambled eggs. The cheeses were the same each day. No pasties.

Pros:

Le personnel est le gros point positif. Nous avons été hyper bien accueillis. Le cadre est très joli et proche du port à pied. Petits déjeuners variés et à volonté. Piscine très sympa mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter vu le temps. On avait la voiture mais sinon il y à des bus qui vont un peu partout dans les coins touristiques et très proches à pieds.
Petite terrasse avec étendoir à linge bien pratiques

Cons:

Bungalows un peu vétustes et un peu sombres et il manquerait éventuellement une tv et un sèche cheveux..
Matelas et oreillers fermes
Intérieur très spartiate manque un peu de vie, de déco.

Pros:

Месторасположение - не далеко от остановки общественного транспорта.

Cons:

Очень старый отель, изношенный, комнаты обшиты пластиковыми панелями, все время стоит затхлый запах плесени, из средств гигиены один маленький кусочек мыла на двоих на 4 дня. Но самое удивительное - это персонал, который следит за тобой и за исполнением странных правил. Впервые столкнулась с ситуацией , когда мне не разрешили на завтраке набрать кипяченой воды в мой термос ( 400 мл) , учитывая , что в номерах нет чайника , это мне кажется очень странным. Хорошо , что мы там были всего 4 ночи.

Pros:

Great location, inexpensive, perfect for cyclists. Beds were super-comfortable. Helpful staff. Perfect for access to the Mallorcan mountains.

Cons:

Absolutely no free local parking - reasonable car park a 10 min walk around the corner - €7.50 per day (1000-1900). Rooms are obasic - 2 standard plug sockets, no TV, no tea/coffee and look well worn in places
