Чистичко,топло.Макар и стар хотел,реновиран и чист...С любезен персонал.

Cons:

Не ми хареса,че предлагат вода в ресторанта,която се води голяма и е 850 мл,което не стига и за 2 човека да се напият?Като предлагат голяма вода за 5 лв поне да е 1литър...Навсякъде по света водата е безплатна дори,а в район като девин,бликащ.от вода ,да се правят такива сметки?

Персонала е мил и отзивчив, на комуникативно и удобно място, близко до всичко необходимо.

Cons:

Спа зоната е малка, басейна не е много топъл. Няма достатъчен брой столове, масички и шезлонги около басейна. По обяснението на рецепционистката всички им е на 1 ниво, но се оказа че сауната, парната баня и фитнеса са на долното ниво, което ни създаде объркване.
