Dismissive and rude receptionist.
They try to fob us off to a different hotel, without explanation just by handing us a key and directions on how to walk there no pictures of the room we were supposed to be staying or any other info. I went to check the room in the other hotel and it was crap, so I wasn't happy about this arrangement. She says there was nothing they could do my only options were take the room provided in the other hotel or walk away with no cancellation fee, great customer service, so we left and they marked us as a no show... We went to another hotel in the area, but the way we were treated was just dire.

Struttura carina, abbiamo soggiornato nella parte retrostante che crediamo essere più recente che oltretutto è ben tenuta. Comoda la posizione rispetto a ciò che c'è da visitare nei dintorni ed è ben collegata con i punti principali.
Vista dalla nostra camera piacevole sui monti retrostanti.

Cons:

Note dolenti da migliorare.
Abbiamo pagato il parcheggio per due notti, 30 fiorini e la seconda notte non avevamo il parcheggio che abbiamo pagato e abbiamo lasciato la macchina in posizione non di certo ottimale.
Pulizia del bagno da eseguire in maniera più attenta sicuramente, i vetri della doccia erano pieni di calcare.

Im Preis war kein Frühstück inbegriffen. Da gibt es aber auf der anderen Strassenseite eine sehr gute Alternative

Die Reception war nicht besetzt und auf telefonische Anfrage kam in einer Fremdsprache die Antwort, es käme jemand innerhalb der berühmten 5 Minuten. Der Zugang zum Zmmer war auffindbar, auch wenn es vom ersten Stock des einen Gebäudes zunächst über eine Dachterrasse mit Treppe in ein anderes Gebäude und dort schliesslich in den zweiten Stock ging. Das Zimmer war klösterlich eingerichtet, was ja noch sympatisch sein kann, aber mit einem derart kaputten Tisch in der Mitte des Zimmers wird man schon eher an eine Bruchbude erinnert

前台没有人。写的是22点前入住，但是21点45分已经没有人了。
没有床头插头。手机无法充电。全屋唯一的插头就是门口，为什么在门口？？？
