Zentrale Lage, bequem für ÖV u shopping, etwas schlecht unterhalten (verkalkte Armaturen) Service???

Lage gut. Möblierung ok. Zimmergösse und Bad gut. Matratzen gut.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen waren ungeeignet Typ Sofakissen. Zu weich. Decken ungeeignet für heisses Wetter. Bettwäsche teilweise fleckig.
Zimmerreinigung fiel völlig aus. Réception selten oder nicht besetzt.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST! ESPECIALLY INDIANS
This is a Pakistani hotel, and they tried to extort money from us as we were Indians
We booked room 17 in this hotel a month back. The room is decent and location is good, but hospitality is ZERO. The room had a broken switchboard on check in, which I took a picture of and immediately informed reception and the housekeeper within 30 mins of checkin. On the last day before checkout they tried to extort money from us and sent a bill of 220 CHF for the switch, when our stay itself cost only around 400 CHF for 3 nights.
When confronting the housekeeper, he blatantly lied that we broke it and it was fine before we checked in. I told him I had photo proof of the damage present upon checkin with timestamp and that I would call the police. Moreover, the house keeper is a really creepy guy, kept following us and even tried to open our room door when we were inside.
By any chance, if you decide to stay here, my humble request is to take a video of the room immediately after you check in, to avoid such scams

On nous a changé d'hôtel sans nous prévenir
L'autre hôtel était à 2min à pieds heureusement tenu par le même propriétaire mais personne à l'accueil
Lit très dur et de mauvaise qualité
Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre

일단 방을 잘못준듯함..
나는 분명 싱글침대 2개가 있는 방을 예약하고 더 넓은 방이였는데 한명으로 예약해서 그런지 싱글룸으로 줌.

어차피 혼자 쓸거라 귀찮아서 말은 안했는데 이것부터 잘못됐고,
공용화장실 쓰는 방이었는데 화장실 갯수가 부족함. 층당 하나씩 밖에 없다.

쓰레기통도 안비워져있고 별로…

- Receptionist sprach kein Deutsch
- wir haben CHF 480.-- bar bezahlt. Es wurde uns eine sofortige Quittung per Mail versprochen. Mail-Adresse meines Mannes haben wir ihm notiert. Trotz 3maligem nachfragen haben wir bis heute keine Quittung erhalten.
- Während unseres Aufenthaltes hat der Receptionist uns nicht beachtet u bei spontaner Begegnung nicht gegrüsst.
- Badezimmer hätte wieder mal eine gründliche Reinigung nötig!

Cons:

Très décevant. La chambre ne disposait d’aucune véritable fenêtre, seulement d’un Velux. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre le réceptionniste pendant 20 minutes avant d’être pris en charge. De plus, nous avons été logés dans un autre hôtel que celui que nous avions réservé, sans en avoir été informés à l’avance. Enfin, la douche était beaucoup trop petite et l’ascenseur extrêmement exigu, ce qui rendait le séjour peu confortable.

Wir kommen das nächste Mal gerne wieder in ihr Hotel.
Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Standort Hotel Rebstock so nah im Zentrum, war für uns ältere Personen sehr gut.

Cons:

Es war schade, dass es nicht möglich war, das Frühstück im Hotel zu nehmen.
