une honte
Cons:

Grosse sonnerie de l alerte passage a niveau train de 4h30 a 6h30 du matin qui est juste a coté de l hôtel et devant ma chambre
aucun geste fait par la direction
et en plus pris en otage jusqu' a 8h le dimanche matin impossible de partir de l'hôtel avant obligé d insister fortement pendant longtemps pour pouvoir partir .......
et je les soupçonne d avoir endommagé ma moto exprès suite à ca casse moteur sur le retour alors qu'elle était toute neuve
on juge souvent un établissement quand il y a des problèmes et la je n'ai jamais passé une nuit aussi mauvaise et jamais été traité ainsi dans un hôtel (je travail dans l industrie du voyage) une honte comment ils ont géré la situation et encore pire de dégrader consciemment la moto

Hotel excepcional
Pros:

Tot. L'hotel és una meravella, amb un espai exterior de piscina i jardí maquíssim. Habitacions grans, espaioses, amb els banys reformats. Un menjar també molt bo i un tracte excepcional. Sens dubte per repetir si estem a la zona.

Cons:

Costa molt trobar aparcament tot i que n'hi ha un de gran públic al costat. Però com que és estiu, sempre està ple i es un poble difícil de trobar-hi aparcament.

Pros:

Mooi gelegen zwembad ligbedjes onder de bomen, bergen op de achtergrond, prachtig!

Cons:

Het was tijdens ons verblijf erg warm. Ook in onze kamer. Maar het personeel bracht een ventilator een vertelden dat volgend jaar alle kamers ermee uitgerust zullen zijn. Dus heel prettig opgelost. Aardig personeel.

Un petit resort dins Ribes de Freser
Pros:

El menú i servei del restaurant, especialment al vespre. La piscina i els seus voltants. La situació fantàstica dins el poble i per si vols pujar amb el cremallera a Núria.

Cons:

Les habitacions, especialment les que donen a les vies del tren cremallera, hauríen d'estar ben insonoritzades per completar la satisfacció total sobre l'establiment.

Les instal·lacions (habitacions i menjador grans, reformat piscina i jardí). El tracte del personal de menjador i bar

El personal de recepció sensació d'una mica despistat....el tren cremallera passa just per darrera l'hotel i a les 7h ja se sent el xiulet cada vegada que passa...:-)
