Pros:

Desde a entrada até a saída tudo é bom.

Cons:

Um grande problema é barata. Toda vez que nos hospedamos encontramos pelo menos uma barata no quarto.
E a desculpa de sempre é que houve dedetização.

Cons:

O quarto que fiquei a janela era para o corredor, então não tinha como abrir. Quarto muito abafado, roupa de cama encardida. O atendimento na hora do check-in não foi bom, profissional inexperiente.

No geral considero o hotel bom, mas pode ser melhorardo corrigindo alguns detalhes.
Pros:

Quarto bem confortável.
As recepcionistas muito educadas e prestativas.
Café da manhã bom, mas estava sempre faltando talheres e tijelas que demoravam para serem repostas.

Cons:

Não tinha sabonete para o banho, tive que comprar no supermecado.
Durante toda estadia não houve reposição de papel higiênico, tive que solicitar na recepção do hotel

Uma decepção, pois não hospedo a uns 2 anos. Uma bosta mesmo

As atendentes tanto do check in como do check out antipáticas. A do check in mal educada, chama a gente igual bicho, não sabe digitar, pergunta os dados 2 ou 3 vezes, mascla chiclete de boca aberta ainda...
Wi Fi horrível, o recepcionista disse que é assim mesmo pois estava lotado de hospedes.
