ウェルカムドリンク最高！2杯もいだだきました！
12年前に利用させてもらいましたが、その頃からは古くなってる気がしました。当たり前ですけど（笑）
夫婦で行きましたが部屋が何しろ広い
元々マンションの一室って事もあり大人数で行った方がもっとお得間感じれるかも
キッチン冷蔵庫もあるので部屋でパーティーなんかもいいんじゃ無いかな
スタッフさんの対応は大変良かったです。
お風呂も良かったです。
お食事も良かったですが、気持ちデザートをもう少し増やして欲しかった感じです。
２泊しましたが全く同じでちょっぴり残念でした。
私は建設塗装関係でしたので建物の劣化が気になりました。
部屋が広すぎほど広かった！身体の居場所に戸惑うくらいです。
部屋から一歩出ると寒かった。

Staff was great. There is a shuttle bus. Free drinks and ice cream service and tea after dinner. Free rental utensils, free robes, free rental games, ping pong, pools, onsen. Last dinner on our third night was a surprise as they served us amazing fish and sea food. Location of the room was above river and we could see mountains and hear the sound of birds and river. Huge space and balcony with drying racks facing the sun so clothes could dry fast.
When we arrived to Ito station we were not able to take a free shuttle bus as there were too many people boarding eventhough we called in advance and left our family name. The driver should not let anyone board unless they made a reservation. Instead we took a 10 minute taxi ride.
Once we arrived to the lobby at around 3pm check in time there was a mass of people so we felt worried if this will be the case with everything else like meals and facilities. Luckily not. Check in took a while 20 minutes and because there were many guests we were all given a number and asked to sit inside the dining area until we were called. They asked us also about the time we would like to have dinner and gave us two options which were left 5;30 pm or 7:20 pm so to avoid crowds. Luckily we were able to take am shuttle bus to the Ito station to visit the beach without crowds and same went with the use of pools and onsen which had a very long time span so when we went to onsen early we would end up alone. It was great feeling.
少人数でも大人数でも楽しめて、ゆっくり出来る。夜鳴きそばも美味しかった♪
イルミネーションも車で10分位で行けて楽しめました。
部屋が広くゆっくり落ち着けました。
食事のバイキングは料理がなくなってるのも関わらず補充はなく全然楽しめなかったです。
あと駐車場がせまく一部屋一台しか止められず改善して貰いたいです。
伊東駅周辺で飲食しようと思うと少し不便かも・・・
食料品を持ち込んで家族でワイワイとかならお勧めします。
部屋は壁紙はいたるところで剝がれており、カビも多く発生して匂いもあった。
和室の壁に穴が開いていた。
ふすまの扉も壊れており貸し出す部屋ではない。
ホテルに関してはやや古めの内装。スタッフの方々は親切でした。
大浴場と室内プールに関してはかなり不満でした。室内プールにも男女別の脱衣所はあった方が便利だと感じました。プールを利用した後は皆さん水着を着た上からホテルの部屋着をその上から着るのか、3階の大浴場の脱衣所で着替えてから部屋に戻るのか。。。どちらにせよ不便です。3階〜2階の移動間も廊下にタオルが敷き詰められておりそこを素足で歩くのは気持ちのいいものではありません。大浴場と室内プールに関しての説明がないので分からない人はかなり困惑すると思います。少なくとも私達家族は困惑しましたので、利用する方はしっかりスタッフの方に聞くことをオススメします。
部屋は大変広く、清潔感に溢れています。
ただ残念なのはWi-Fiがないことと、夜中に足音が上の階から聞こえてきたり声が聞こえてきたりで主人は0:00頃に怖くて起きてしまったようです。。。
お風呂も広くて子供は大変喜んでいました☺️
