El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y de la zona de ocio.

El hotel no cuenta con ascensor ni aire acondicionado por lo que es imposible dormir allí. Una vez haces el check-in te avisan de que tienen máquinas de aire frío con un coste adicional de 12€ el día.

Estuvimos allí una semana de la cual tres días no nos hicieron la habitación. Tuvimos que ir nosotros a la recepción a avisar de que nadie había limpiado los últimos días.

Además, nosotros fuimos con nuestra mascota y por ello nos cobraron un suplemento extra de 10€ la noche. La explicación por este suplemento fue que era porque requería de mayor limpieza y estuvieron tres días sin limpiarla por lo que no tiene sentido ese suplemento. No ofrecen nada especial a la mascota.
También tuvimos que avisar de que el gel de baño se nos había terminado, nos repusieron el del lavabo pero el de la ducha no, aún avisándonos, porque no encontraban la llave para abrir el depósito y poder rellenarlo.

En recepción no siempre hay alguien. Dejan números de teléfono para que los llameis.

Un desastre. No repetiremos.

De 4 días que he estado solo la primera han entrado a “hacer la habitación“(básicamente sería hacer la cama). El ventilador de techo tenía un dedo de mugre por encima. La potencia que tenía era bastante escasa, casi ni se notaba. Las paredes parecen papel de fumar, cualquier mínimo ruido te enteras. Menos mal que solo he estando para intentar dormir. Desde luego lo quito de mi lista de posible vueltas

La primera habitación no era habitable.

Cons:

La primera habitación que nos dieron era inhabitable, con una ventana que no se podía abrir, sin aire acondicionado, y a 31 grados por la noche y con unos colchones incomodísimos y sin cubrecolchones. Al día siguiente, después de quejarnos, nos cambiaron de habitación, una habitación en mejores condiciones y con un pingüino que lo alquilaban, pero que el dueño tuvo el detalle de no cobrarnos nada por el alquiler del aire.
