露天風呂の予約
Pros:

展望露天風呂は予約がいっぱいとのことで入れませんでした。
風呂の予約が必要なら、宿泊確認の電話の際に言ってほしかったです。
また、こちらの確認不足ではありますが、go to キャンペーンの対象になっていないことも、一言あっても良かったと思っています。

Pros:

熱海市内の混んでいる蕎麦屋さん(1400食事終了)アフターで1500丁度にチェックインしましたが、夕食は1745からしか空いていないと言われました。無理ですと2回ごねて、ようやく1930にしてもらいました。事前電話で確認したにも関わらずお粗末な対応でした。
