Éviter absolument les chambre « économe »
Pros:

Pas grand chose.
Et encore moins le service clients de Booking totalement absent

Cons:

Chambre donnant sur l’arrière au niveau des sous sols avec beaucoup de bruit avec les fenêtres ouvertes

Mala experiencia con el hotel y mala experiencia con Booking. Ir

Las vistas fuera del hotel

Cons:

El director del hotel, un impresentable. Le pedimos cambio de habitación porque no correspondía con la contratada (doble clásica).
En el hotel había muchas habitaciones vacías.
De malos modos, sin querer entender nuestro idioma (que en el check in lo había entendido) nos dijo que teníamos contratada una doble ECONOMICA , con vistas al techo y salida de humos de la cocina. Un zulo. Que reclamàramos a Booking.
Tratamos de hablar con Booking por teléfono y fue imposible (34912768614 no existía y el 442033202609 no contestaban).
Siendo sábado por la tarde, alrededor de las 19h , sin que Booking nos atendiera, tuvimos que dormir en aquella habitación
Por tanto, cero al hotel y cero a Booking.
No haré más reservas con ustedes, porque me sentí completamente desatendido.

passables Hotel zum Übernachten
Pros:

Ordentliches Hotel in Canazei, offenbar hauptsächlich auf Winterbetrieb ausgerichtet.

Cons:

Halbpension war entgegen den Angaben nicht im Haus , sondern nur in Partnergaststätten im Ort möglich. Wellnessbereich nur gegen Aufzahlung....

Positives Personal, veraltetes Ambiente
Pros:

Das Hotel ist leider deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Abgesehen von den neuen Betten scheint sich an der Einrichtung seit Jahrzehnten kaum etwas verändert zu haben. Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer wirkten schlicht und etwas lieblos.

Bei einer Außentemperatur von 9 °C waren Zimmer und Bad zudem sehr kalt, eine ausreichende Heizmöglichkeit gab es leider nicht.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit sowie das durchweg freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Insgesamt sauber, aber mit deutlichem Renovierungsbedarf.

La posizione ottima . La SPA molto bella .

Cons:

La spa era affollata non c’erano sufficienti lettini. E un idromassaggio non funzionava bene
