Nu faceti greseala de a merge la acest hotel...este total aiurea pe langa faptul ca trebuie sa treci un pod sa ajungi pe plajă...e groaznic hotelul..la intrare in hotel vă va da o sticla de apa de 1.5L dupa care va va spune sa va umpleti sticla cu apa de la dozator..mizerie lenjerie pat pătată prosoape patate si fara nici o activitate.acest hotel merită o stea...are 2 lifturi in fiecare zi unul se strică..cipilul meu a ramas blocat in lift si nimeni nu și-a cerut o scuza este o nesimțire rară acest hotel...am fost si la 5 si la 4 stele dar nicaieri nu a fost asa injositor ca aici..foarte multi bani pentru nimic.copii nu a nici o activitate nimic....baile de la sala de mese dezastru iti e scarba sa intri in ele si oamenii beti care tipa si urla ....nimeni nu ia nici o măsură..schimbarea patului ceva horor nu au un fier de calcat si totul într-o bataie de joc

Camera spatioasa. Mancarea este aceeasi in fiecare zi dar e buna, ca la cea mai buna cantină din oraș. Nici vorbă de hotel de 5 stele ... poate 3+

Close to the beach, they have dedicated sunbeds and umbrellas area, warm and shallow water suitable for children, discret staff, excellent messing facility - clean, quality materials, and varied food.
Nice pool, relatively short distance to the the sea, big room, clean
Food is repetitive and boring, and more fast food than 5 star, very noisy at night-there's some club that played music until 4.30 am every night. The playground for children was broken.. we've seen better, in Bulgaria
The inside of the hotel is pretty new and looks nice, confortable beds and spacious rooms.
The pool and dining areas could use some improvements - sunbeds are old, unslable and sometimes not enough. Lunch was ok, breakfast and dinner not that great. Not much food variety and bland taste.

Room was with really good size. Pool was really clean and big enough for swimming. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was different every day, always have 4 meats available(Fish, Chicken, Pork and Beef).
Staff doesn't speak English or even Bulgarian... We do not have hot water in our first night in the room. I need to make 5 calls to reception desk and to go there personally 3 times till they start doing something to sorted. We wait 4 hours, but at the end water was finally fixed. Towels was change only once for the 5 days which we stay. Beddings was not changed at all. We didn't have drain stopper in our bath, we have ask more then 10 times but we didn't receive one till the end of our stay.
