Value for money but they can do better.
Pros:

Location and staff are very good and helpful. They do go out of their way to help as we don’t speak Chinese.
Love the self service Laundry service on the 8th floor.
That kept us in the hotel.

The are comfortable size and good. Some issues as mentioned below.

Cons:

They have central air and are off.
The rooms can get hot. They did change us to individual AC. Which is also ineffective.
The passages have cigarette smell all over.
