Pros:

Everything was excellent from the moment I met the receptionist ( check in) to the moment I checked out. The receptionist is such sweetheart and very welcoming, she smoothly checked me in and gave me a room with the most amazing view ever. The room was so clean, comfortable and quite as the whole hotel. I stayed there for two nights, had dinner which is up to your taste and you can tell the chef what you like to eat. They have a wellness and Spa services that you should try. When I checked out and missed the bus, the receptionist helped me and called d taxi service which came in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for your nice and romantic stays if you want quietness from the city hassles. 10 out of 10

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato per caso in questa struttura l'anno scorso e ci è piaciuta tantissimo! Tutto è condotto in un'atmosfera familiare, la pulizia è impeccabile e il ristorante offre piatti tipici ricercati. La Spa è eccezionale e tutto è incluso nel prezzo del pernottamento e della mezza pensione, tranne i massaggi. Lo staff è stato incredibile, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Peccato aver dovuto disdire la prenotazione quest'anno per motivi di salute, ma torneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo!

Pros:

La spa migliore delle quattro provate in zona. Bella camera anche se le dimensioni contenute. Buoni prodotti a colazione. La signora proprietaria super.

Cons:

Zona relax non abbastanza calda, ma una volta informata la signora si è provveduto. Mancanza dell’uovo e bacon a colazione perché a me piace molto.

Una vacanza in cui ci siamo sentiti coccolati
Pros:

Raramente mi é capitato di desiderare di tornare in un albergo e questa è una di quelle volte. La struttura è in parte nuova ed in parte più antica, ma tutto l’albergo è pulito e mantenuto alla perfezione, privo di barriere architettoniche con una spa completa e studiata nei minimi particolari. La stanza, perfetta fusione tra il moderno e l’uso di materiali antichi, è comoda ed accogliente. Il cibo è ottimo e le porzioni giuste, ma a richiesta diventano anche generose; il menù è fisso ma sono organizzati per venire incontro alle esigenze alimentari dei singoli. Il personale è stato sempre pronto a soddisfare le necessità accompagnandoci durante tutto il soggiorno senza mai essere invadente.

Pros:

Il nostro soggiorno qui è stato davvero ottimo. La posizione è comoda per visitare tutta la Val di Non e l’hotel è facilmente raggiungibile; inoltre dispone di un ampio parcheggio gratuito.
I pasti sono eccezionali ed abbondanti e la colazione ha tutto l’occorrente per farti sentire a casa.
Menzione particolare per Grazia, la titolare, e il suo staff: educazione, disponibilità e cortesia ti fanno sentire parte della famiglia dall’inizio alla fine.
Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura.
