Bellissima esperienza
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e confortevole con una vista meravigliosa sulla valle. Dispone di numerosi parcheggi e la posizione è eccezionale per raggiungere in pochi minuti di auto diverse località turistiche.
L'attenzione che viene data agli ospiti è notevole, il cibo è molto buono e vario. Le camere sono spaziose e ben attrezzate, la spa offre diverse situazioni che vanno dalla piscina riscaldata alla vasca con idromassaggio, dalla sauna al bagno turco ecc...
Un plauso speciale va alla Signora Grazia, una donna di una gentilezza ed educazione di altri tempi. Ci ha trattato come degli amici, visibilmente emozionata quando ci siamo salutati per la partenza.
Consiglio fortemente questa struttura.

Lovely Panorama leisure and wellbeing hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff, catered for us, spoke English which was a god send. Made sure we were well looked after. The leisure facilities were good.

Cons:

Massage was more like a gentle rub down and the masseuse could've cracked a smile occasionally, felt like we were an inconvenience to her.

Gerne kommen wir wieder
Pros:

Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Alles war bereit und wir haben ein schönes Zimmer erhalten. Das Nachtessen war sehr fein und reichlich. Ebenso das Frühstücksbuffet.
Die Dame das Hauses tut alles um einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Jeder Wunsch wird einem von den Lippen abgelesen.

Pros:

Das Zimmer ist neu gestaltet und das Bad ist ebenfalls großzügig und neu. Es gibt aber keine echte Bettdecke, sondern nur eine uralte Decke mit Leintuch.

Cons:

Das Abendessen ist eine echte Zumutung! Es gab keine Wahlmöglichkeiten. Ungenießbare Polenta mit einem Kalbfleisch, dass komplett geschmacklos mit einer Fertigsauce serviert wurde. Würde ich nie wieder buchen.

Le camere perfette staff perfetto e molto gentile posizione ideale per escursioni di qualsiasi tipo.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che si può migliorare è la colazione in quanto monotona e poco variegata tra dolce e salato!!

colazione buona con parecchie varietà di dolce,SPA molto bella e stanza molto spaziosa e accogliente con un balcone molto ampio.ho conosciuto delle bellissime persone durante il mio soggiorno

forse più scelta sul salato a colazione!la cosa che mi è piaciuta meno,ma non dipende dalla struttura,è stata l'inciviltà di alcuni ospiti,abbastanza giovani peraltro che,nonostante i cartelli se ne fregavano ed entravano in sauna con costumi bagnati appena saliti dalla piscina.sulla porta della sauna c'è scritto ben visibile di entrare in sauna soltanto con l'asciugamano.ecco forse un maggior controllo non guasterebbe anche per rispetto degli ospiti civili che rispettano le regole
