Pros:

L’ampiezza della stanza

Cons:

Arredamento molto datato, non conforme alle fotografie dell’annuncio, biancheria sporca, personale non adeguato alla gestione. Le stanze venivano pulite di sera e solo dopo vari solleciti, in maniera molto superficiale.

Reasonably priced, big bed, microwave and fridge in room, Massive TV, friendly staff

Cons:

The hotel owners obviously do not read these comments as there are still issues with the room access cards. On two out of the three days I was here I had to have it reprogrammed. I was told this was because I was putting them near my phone. I have been in the US for 5 weeks and have stayed in 15 hotels and also keep my card in the same pocket on its own and have never had an issue. Not enough hot water for a bath.

Pros:

Top Preis Leistung erhalten. Die Aussicht bis nach Manhatten war großartig.

Cons:

Die Betten für 2 Personen waren reicht klein. Es gab eine kleine Küchenzeile aber keine Gläser oder Teller oder Besteck. Das wäre noch schön gewesen.

Pros:

Wie hatten aufgrund des WM Finals keine große Auswahl in NYC. Die Mitarbeiter am der Rezeption waren Recht nett.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr schwer erreichbar. Die Kissen waren schmutzig. Zum Glück gab es genug Kissen, damit wir etwas aussortieren konnten. Die Wändesind sehr dünn und man hört jedes Geräusch im Nachbarraum.

If you need reliable internet and clean room do not stay there
Pros:

Comfy bed cute balcony

Cons:

Couldn’t get cleaner to clean my room had to request it specifically and reception didnt know how/when cleaners can come, no glasses for water in kitchenette, internet random drops out and reception could not help that was most frustrating in the middle of online meeting .

Agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, quartier sécurisé et très calme.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, nettoyée tous les jours, linge de toilette changé chaque jour, climatisation fonctionne très bien, literie très confortable. Personnel aimable et souriant.

Cons:

Pour améliorer le confort, un minimum de vaisselle pourrait être mis à disposition dans la kitchenette (ex: 2 verres, des couverts et 2 assiettes).

Muy buena elección
Pros:

Estaba muy bien de precio para ser Nueva York y a tan solo 10 minutos del metro. Había también muchas paradas de buses cercanas, pero justo cuando estuvimos nosotros había obras en la calle y no paraban, eran solo unos días. La habitación tenía un buena aire acondicionado, incluía neverita, cafetera y microondas. Las camas comodísimas. El baño también muy cómodo aunque faltaba algo más de superficie para dejar el neceser.
La chica de la recepción muy amable.

Cons:

El único pero que le ponemos al hotel es que todos los días de nos desactivaban las tarjetas de la puerta y teníamos que volver a recepción a activarlas.

The price was right. A supermarket very close by

Cons:

It's a cheap hotel in Brooklyn. As long as you don't set your hopes high, you won't get surprised or disappointed. The room is very basic, not too clean and not well maintained. The hotel itself is in a Hasidic Jewish neighborhood, so the local vibe is practically non existent. There's nothing to do around, except for the local supermarket. The nearest subway is about ½ a mile away.

* Lit immense et très confortable.
* Climatisation efficace.
* Personnel agréable.

* Quartier très spécifique (juif orthodoxe), avec peu de restaurants et d’animations.
* Rues parfois sales et odorantes.
* Métro à 12 à 20 minutes à pied.

* Balcon sans mobilier et avec une vue sur un mur.

Rien, catastrophique.

Cons:

La femme de ménage ne passe jamais et ne met jamais de papier toilette, faut lui demander 3 fois par jour pour qu'elle le donne une fois. Et réserver avec petit déjeuner qui n'existe pas.
