Best for very short stays. Not a good location for shopping.

checking was easy.

Cons:

the bathroom sink tap was loose. the toilet seat and toilet need to be replaced. Very small bottles of complimentary soaps and shampoo could have been larger. Coffee and tea with no stirrers to stir the coffee with. defiantly not worth the price.

I've got room on 4th floor and I was told that lift gonna work 1 hour after check in but lift till next day wasn't worked. I've got contact to menager but he didn't answer on phone calls texts and emails at all. So I guess lift wasn't work for long time. But I should know that before arrive.
No cutlery all. When I asked I've got plastic fork knife and spoon. And paper plates. I'm not sure it is deserved for so many stars hotel and that price. Very dissatisfied

Good stay, let down by the room setup and one staff member
Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms( for two people not families), great location with relatively easy subway access (10 min walking).
We stayed eight nights as two families and were happy with the hotel overall.

Cons:

When booking, I searched for 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 7. This room came up as a normal option and the listing stated that our children can stay for free. What we actually got was a room with two single beds — two adults and two children had to squeeze into two singles. If a room cannot properly sleep a family of four, it should not be offered for that search.

Second issue was that before arriving, we messaged the hotel through the Booking app and the hotel confirmed in writing that they would store our luggage from both rooms after check-out. We planned our final day around that. At check-out the receptionist refused to take the bags, saying there were too many. Even after we showed him the hotel's own written message, it took a long discussion before he agreed, and his manner throughout was dismissive. When we collected the bags that evening, they were in a huge storage room that was completely empty.

The luggage issue was not a problem with the hotel's policy — the hotel had already agreed. It was one member of staff choosing not to honour it. Management should pay closer attention to who represents them at the front desk.

Pros:

Pobyt oceniam ok, dobra lokalizacja i bezpieczna okolica, blisko sklep spożywczy i stacje metra. Jedynym minusem był brak podstawowego wyposażenia aneksu kuchennego – nie było sztućców, talerzy i kubków, więc praktycznie można było wykorzystać tylko lodówkę.

Relativně slušné a čisté ubytování za rozumnou cenu.

Cons:

Lokalizace v oblasti obývané židovskou komunitou. Velká špína a odpadky volně na ulicích. Samotný hotel byl čistý. Delší cesta k metru. Poblíž ale stanice autobusu

Pros:

Vi mødte en receptionist der hjalp os sent om aftenen med at få et værelse. Han var rigtig rar og hjælpsom. Vi blev opgraderet til et større værelse. Det var ret beskidt men ok ift at vi fik mere end hvad vi havde betalt

No emiten factura. Falta de profesionalidad.

Es imposible conseguir una factura de ellos. Argumentan que al hacerse la reserva y pago a traves de Booking ellos no pueden emitir factural. He solicitado justificante de estancia y ni siquiera eso. Es un tema de legalidad. Muy inconveniente para hospedaje por motivos profesionales. En múltiples ocasiones he reclamado y solicitado soporte. Tardan muchísimo en contestar y las respuestas, sin empatia ni cortesía alguna, nunca han sido resolutivas sino evitativas. Booking ha intentado dar soporte pero igualmente no han sido resolutivo., básicamente tambien se sacuden la responsabilidad. Sólo hay un afectado, el cliente. Localización lejos del metro. Barrio judio ultraortodoxo.
