Frokosten var, som tidligere, meget god.

Cons:

Nidelvens pris pr. natt, er i utgangspunktet en akseptabel pris, selv om den ikke er spesielt rimelig. Vi ble derfor meget forundret - og skuffet- da vi oppdaget at vi måtte betale tillegg for å få frokost. - Dette medfører dessverre at Nidelven ikke lenger er høyt oppe på listen over de hoteller vi ønsker å benytte oss av.

Rommet var ikke klargjort innen garantert tidsfrist.
Rommet var heller ikke rengjort! Skitne håndkær hang på vegg og lå på golvet på badet. Full søppelbøtte på badet. Støvete golv, både bad og rom.
