Pros:

Staff sangat polite and friendly, salah sikit or ada je tak kena terus mintak maaf. Very well trained!

Pros:

Location is fine. Water dispensers in the lobby offer convenience for guests.

Cons:

A stained toilet bowl in the hotel room. A moldy bath towel. Informed the reception staff. They sent me a yellowish bath towel. Also spider webs in toilet area. The above indicates poor hygience standards. I hope the hotel management will improve the hygience standards for the guests.
