I’ve stayed here over the last 3 years, visiting friends in Coín. The Patio restaurant is new to me but a fantastic addition. I had a breakfast sandwich ( chicken and bacon roll and a brunch) : eggs Benedict with mushrooms ( both were absolutely delicious and I don’t normally like poached eggs!). The service at The Patio restaurant was great too. I’m looking forward to my next visit in July and trying the main menu. This is truly a gem of a hotel.

Pagamos 180 € por dos noches y la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. La habitación olía fuertemente a cerrado y a tuberías desde el primer momento. Intentamos ventilar, pero fue imposible porque la habitación ni siquiera tiene ventana.

La cama era aceptable, pero las almohadas son muy antiguas e incómodas. La televisión no funcionaba, así que ni siquiera pudimos usarla y tuvimos que ver algo en el móvil.

Durante toda la noche la cisterna del baño estuvo goteando constantemente, . Además, un día intentamos echarnos la siesta porque habíamos llegado cansadas y justo enfrente de las habitaciones tienen una sala donde estaban celebrando un cumpleaños con la música muy alta y la gente hablando a gritos a escasos metros de nuestra puerta , lo que hizo que fuese imposible descansar

Otro problema importante es que la puerta de la habitación es acristalada y tiene un vinilo azul. Cuando entra la luz del día, la habitación se llena de una luz azul muy intensa que hace prácticamente imposible dormir.

Por último, aunque entiendo que no depende directamente del hotel, la zona es prácticamente imposible para aparcar.

En general, por el precio que pagamos la calidad deja mucho que desear. No repetiríamos.

Mala experecia y falta de organización.

Es mi pueblo donde me he criado y tengo allí la familia, disfruté esos dias.

Cons:

El servicio en general del hotel, había un restaurante en el centro del patio que daba a nuestras habitaciones (no existe habitación familiar para 4 personas y tubimos que dormir en habitaciones separadas), que estuvieron con mucho ruido y música hasta las 2 de la mañana y hasta esa hora no pudimos dormir.
Se bajó para hablar con personal del restaurante y las malas formas del personal deja mucho que desear. Se llamó a la responsable del hotel (no existe recepción física) y la solución no era factible. Muy mala organización por parte de la Dirección del hotel.
No volveremos a ir.
