Pros:

La parte de abajo con las mesas, sillas y demás. Aunque la fuente estaba parada

Pedi un bote mas de gel para la habitación donde estaba mi hermana y aun lo estoy esperando
Y enfrente de mi habría 207 hay una sala y el viernes menos pero el sábado a las 6 de la tardemogollón de gente cantando cumpleaños feliz y un tío cantando creo que ahi que en cuenta que ahi habitación muy cerca y la gente podría descansar

No me ha gustado nada el hotel, por decir hotel, porque de hotel solo tiene el precio.

Cons:

La limpieza del hotel brilla por su ausencia, no te hacen la habitación, estuve dos noches y la segunda noche me tuve que hacer yo la cama. Las almohadas son pesimas. La ventana de mi habiatacion no se podia abrir y la persiana no se podia subir, y tuve que tener todo el tiempo la luz encencida.

No había recepción, no me dejaba hacer el check in online, no cogían el teléfono que tenían puesto en la recepción. La luz del baño intermitente y para colmo había una cucaracha en la habitación.

Communication Nightmare- NO staff to talk to
Pros:

The hotel was nice, the hallway more so than the rooms, which had more old beat up furniture and scuffs in the walls. If you are there without a car it is a nice location.

Cons:

Absolutely NOBODY to talk to.We got instructions on what to do from the hotel, they were wrong and one text this, the next text that. When the door code, given by the hotel did not work we were left alone, NO return text. We then went with the booking.com instructions and just entered another room. Nobody in the hotel to talk to - absolutely nightmare. I asked 4 times about parking, still waiting on any response. Parking after 3pm is simply not available. Aside from the cleaning lady next day , who was wonderful, it was a disaster and under no circumstances would I book that hotel again .

Great stay at this hotel, rooms were clean, easy to access & check out, & ac was amazing during the high temps.

Cons:

Curtains were too light so light was coming through making it hard to stay asleep in the early hours. Didn’t see any staff during our stay.

ABSOLUTAMENTE DESATENDIDOS

La ubicación y la tranquilidad.

Cons:

Servicio de checkin pésimo, no hay personal, no atienden los teléfonos y si lo hacen no te resuelven la entrada (pudimos entrar en la habitación gracias a la amabilidad del propietario del restaurante El Patio, que nada tiene que ver con el hotel pero que se ofreció a resolver el problema, y lo mismo le ocurrió a los ocupantes de otras dos habitaciones). Habitación con manchas en las paredes. De noche no hay agua ni manera de conseguirla, y si consigues alguna botella el pequeño frigorífico está apagado. Un hotel que podría estar muy bien pero cuya gestión es pésima.
