Cet hôtel offre un bon rapport qualité prix et les appartements sont bien équipé. La restauration est correcte, il y a de la diversité dans les menus. La meilleure appréciation concerne le personnel qui a été adorable pendant notre séjour.

Położenie wśród roślin i drzew, wszystko zadbane i czyste. Bardzo fajne animacje, bus dojeżdżający do plaży był bardzo dobrym rozwiązaniem. Jak na 3 * hotel było ok.

The apartment was too small to accomadate 4 people. The kids were sofa beds in the lounge area which were small & uncomfortable. The main beds themselves were no better, it was like sleeping on slabs on concrete. The snack bar options were unlike any other hotel we've stayed at & had flies crawling over it most of the time. The restaurant food was lacking choice & seemed to be the same things day after day which would have ok if the food had been hot but everything was always cold.

We had cochroaches on our balcony, they were trying to get through under the main apartment door & we had a millipede on the ceiling at one point. Overall, the holiday was not great & although we tried to speak direct with management, we got nowhere. Would not be looking to go again.

Miły i pomocny personel na recepcji - bez problemu zamieniono nam pokój na inny znajdujący sie w cichszej lokalizacji. Bardzo mili i uśmiechnięci kelnerzy w restauracji. Posiłki: śniadania słabe, natomiast obiady i kolacje dobre, chociaż słabo doprawione i czasami zimne. Umeblowanie apartamentu podstawowe, mało wygodne rozjeżdzające się łóżka. Sejf w apartamencie. Ręczniki wymieniane prawie codziennie, ale ośrodek nie zapewnia ręczników plażowych. Z animacji nie korzystaliśmy. Ogólnie stosunek jakości do kwoty, którą zapłaciłam jest dość dobry, ale nie pojechałabym tam ponownie.

We were truly delighted with our stay at this hotel. From the very first day, we felt welcome and well taken care of.

The food was delicious and very diverse. Every day there was something new, and the dinners were often themed – Chinese, Mexican, etc. Everyone could find something they liked. When we arrived late at night, we were pleasantly surprised with a bag of fruit, cookies and bottled water – such a thoughtful gesture.

The biggest credit goes to the staff – always smiling, kind and helpful. From the waiters to the animators and all the hotel team, everyone creates a wonderful atmosphere that makes you want to come back.

The animations were fantastic, full of energy and fun. The only small downside was that they started a bit late.

The hotel is clean, well maintained and very pleasant. The only minor issue is that the pool gets deep quite quickly, so parents with small children should keep an eye on them.

Overall, our stay was amazing, and if we ever have the chance, we will definitely come back.

A személyzet, az ételek, az all inclusive nagyon jó volt. Kedvesek voltak, jók voltak az animátorok. A medence is szuper volt.

Sehr freundliches Personal überall & ein sehr gutes Animationsteam. Die Zimmer sind praktisch, aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Aufteilung ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern sehr gut (Richtig verschiebbare Türen, Platz, Anordnung). All-Inklusive Essen ist abwechslungsreich, aber nicht von sehr guter Qualität. Für Vegetarier gibt es fast immer eine gute Auswahl. Beanstandungen am Zimmer werden zeitnah behoben.
