Pros:

location was conveniently close to a big park and big shopping center. staff at the reception was helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

Room super smoky, no smoking restrictions in the hotel, horrible smell all the time, and mold is growing everywhere. noisy and horrible surrounding. there is another hotel of the same name (vienna) but much better quality. we switched over to the other one after a night. I would have moved in the middle of the night but hubby was asleep so did not want to wake him.
