Health hazard, possibly the dirtiest hotel we have stayed in
Pros:

The location was convenient for Bordeaux Saint-Jean. The receptionist on departure was very professional, listening to our complaints, apologising and assuring us it would be looked into.

Cons:

On arrival, after I didn't quite hear what she said, the receptionist changed from French to English. Although I speak French, I was very tired from the journey and am a bit hard of hearing. And even if my French isn't at native level, I found it a bit rude that she did that, especially because she spoke in broken English. But the worst part about this hotel was the bathroom. There was mould everywhere in the shower and the smell was horrible. Absolutely disgusting. There was somewhat of a damp smell in the reception area as well. If we were staying for more than one night, we would have left the hotel. We will certainly not return.

Apesar de terem liberado o quarto no horário, a manutenção precisou entrar no quarto por duas vezes para acessar o shaft da tubulação.

I arrived in Bordeaux in the middle of the hottest heatwave in history in the city. Fair play to the hotel as the room was nice and cool so I could sleep comfortably

Mienten diciendo que tienen aparcamiento cuando la realidad es que el parking está a 200 metros, en un parking público enano por el que no cabía mi coche por la altura.
Habitación minúscula para 3 personas, un engaño.
El baño parecía de una caravana pequeña, hay que permanecer agachado.
