Very cosy, well organised room and hotel with view to St Jean train station, friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

Very clean, small but cosy room and window, cool practical design. Slept and rested very well here. Great location, very close to the big train station (lovely station ambience for people watching, reading, playing a piano for free) and restaurants/ shops like Lidl, Carrefour etc at max 10 mins walking distance. Bed was very comfortable. Good heating and thermostat access. Awesome reception staff and cleaning lady. We were very thankful that they printed our boarding passes for our return flight and recommended taxi companies just in case. There is a tram route for the airport as well and we ended up taking the tram just fine. The hotel was on a practical route to Marche des Capucins too.

Cons:

The access card stopped working 5-10 mins before our actual check out time set for 12 pm so we found ourselves stuck in the elevator at the 5th floor unable to descend or to get back out onto the floor :)) A bit of panic. Fortunately another guest called the elevator at the same 5th floor, found us inside, and had a practical idea to go down herself and call the receptionist while we patiently waited in the 5th floor lobby. The cleaning lady on the floor also offered to help us descend with the elevator with her (my partner walks in crutches so the stairs would have been difficult). Very helpful staff despite the panic of this technical issue.

Je soulignerai l'honnêteté du personnel : j'avais oublié une écharpe de valeur affective ; ils ont recherché, trouvé et ils m'ont rappelé pour me rassurer 🤗

Posizione strategica davanti alla stazione e ai tram per andare in centro. Diversi ristoranti e locali in prossimità.
Colazione top dalle 6 alle 11.
Check out fino alle 12.
Pulizia e letti comodi.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Ho dimenticato una cosa in stanza e mi hanno scritto per avvisarmi.

Cons:

Camere piccolissime ma era indicato.
Un solo asciugamano a testa (ma chiedendo alla reception me ne hanno dato 1 in più).
Essendo low budget c'è l'essenziale.
