Overall, not bad. Felt safe and relatively clean.
Pros:

Location was good to meet up with Scuba team, difficulty to get suitcases from road to room, again from room to scuba.

Cons:

Smell io sewage, difficult waking conditions for rolling suitcases, bit inside and outside. Water turned off and stopped working at some point in the night (no flushing)

Comfortable and friendly hotel
Pros:

We had a delux room overlooking the Dragon Inn and views out beyond. Spacious with good facilities. Comfortable beds.
