OKU Andalusia – Alcaidesa

Gorgeous hotel and a lovely stay. The staff were very accommodating and while we did have a problem with our room- a leak from an air con unit- they were not in control of- they were quick to move us to another room. Food was good- with three restaurants to choose from. The gym facilities were excellent and the indoor pool a welcome extra as we visited at the end of October. Mornings could be a bit chilly but the afternoons were beautiful and spent by the outdoor pools. Would recommend.

Staff very helpful and friendly, bedroom (with roof terrace) was great, esp as roof terrace gave us private sunbathing space. Hotel restaurants are very over-priced, even compared to brilliant michelin chef restaurant in nearby Sotogrande (a drive away): Cortijo Santa Maria 1962, which I highly recommend. Music is far far too loud in the lounge area and by the pools. Spoils what would otherwise be a great hotel. Breakfasts are fantastic, as well as cooked, there's an array or yoghurts, nuts and fruit, plus cakes galore, should you crave sugar first thing, and cava and bloody mary's.

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt im Oku Hotel Andalusien! Die Atmosphäre und Ausstattung sind einfach unglaublich – jedes Detail ist mit so viel Stil und Liebe gestaltet, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt. Der Service ist durchweg freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer mit einem Lächeln da, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Besonders positiv überrascht hat mich, dass man trotz Familien und Kindern nie das Gefühl hat, dass es laut oder unruhig ist – im Gegenteil: Das gesamte Ambiente ist ruhig, entspannt und perfekt, um einfach abzuschalten.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung! 🌴✨

Das Hotel war zu unserer Ankunft noch nicht fertiggestellt - der Strandabschnitt hat gefehlt und einige Bereiche, wie zum Beispiel im Spa Bereich, haben die Sauna 5 von 6 Tagen nicht funktioniert. Die Musik an den Pools war mir persönlich etwas zu laut und das Essen am Pool und auch in den Restaurants überteuert. Auch aus teuern Hotels kenne ich es nicht dass ein Sandwich ~30 € kostet. Die Essensauswahl per se ist meiner Meinung sehr limitiert gewesen

My stay at OKU Andalusia exceeded every expectation, and then reached even further!
What you see in photos? Doesn’t even come close to how beautiful the place is.
Yes, the curated style and design are absolutely stunning, but the true beauty of this place lies beyond the aesthetics - it’s in the ambiance, its energy, and above all, the people. There is a kindness here that cannot be performed. A warmth and generosity that greets you in every smile, every detail and every gesture.
For 6 nights, I had the privilege of calling this place home.
To leave OKU Andalusia felt almost like a comedown from ecstasy. The bittersweet ache of stepping out of a euphoric world and re-entering the mundane - this is how intoxicating the experience was. I would do it again in a heartbeat!
Every single member of staff I interacted with made me feel truly seen. As if nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was handled with such grace!
