Pros:

Blízko centra a sjezdovky.

Cons:

Jednak cena. A potom na bookinku je psaná cena i s poplatkem a platíte poplatek stejně v hotelu.

An excellent stay, value for money for this amazing location and in the peak of the ski season!
Pros:

Our first time to Ortesei after friends recommendations. Hotel Hell was in a fantastic location, very short walk to the beautiful village, restaurants and shops. Extremely helpful Reception staff with advice on what to see and how to get around. We did not ski, but hiked over our 3 day holiday and it was wonderful

직원 응대는 형편 없음, 프론트에 직원이 거의 없음
매우 더운데 에어컨 시설 없음
아침 식사 시간이 7시30분인데, 10분 이상 지나서 오픈을
해서 직원에게 이야기하니 자기 시계로 7분 뿐이 지나지
않았다고 함. 기본적으로 고객 응대 태도는 제로 수준.
중국, 태국 단체 관관객이 많음. 적어도 하루에 60만원
이상 내고 갈 곳이 아님. 더 좋은 위치에 가격 싸고 시설
좋은 호텔 널려 있음. 방 복도는 불이 꺼져있어 컴컴해서
들어가기 싫음. 엘리베이터는 한 개만 층을 누룰 수 있는
이상한 시설임. 이런 수준 이하의 호텔과는 거래하지
않는 것는 귀 회사를 위해서도 좋음. 내 나이 68세에
백여개을 여행했는데, 내 일생 최악의 호텔임. 이 호텔
때문에 다시는 돌로미티는 여행하지 않을 것임
300여 만원의 호텔비용이 너무 아깝고, 내 귀한 시간이
너무 억울하다. 다시는 귀 회사를 통한 예약은 하지
않으리라 다짐함.
